My YouTube account was suspended or terminated, and I am upset about losing all my music playlists, project ideas, and saved educational content. Being banned without proper explanation or chance to correct my mistake is unfair. I tried to follow all guidelines and policies, as I never wanted this to happen. I believe YouTube should inform users about violations before suspending them, giving a chance to fix any issues. As a large company, they should care about their customers and help them understand and correct mistakes. I am frustrated and find their approach unreasonable. I need help to save my account. Dealing with YouTube for a simple error should not be this difficult. I would like support in resolving this issue.

I am currently paying $50.00 per month for two accounts. My husband and I travel frequently between Hawaii, Oregon, and South Carolina. I purchased two accounts due to the restriction on local stations within specific zip codes. I am now trying to log out of one account, as its listed zip code is in Oregon, while I am currently in South Carolina. I am having trouble removing the other account, which is why I am unable to access local stations. I have not received any responses to my inquiries for help or support. My channel, which is my main source of income, was recently demonetized due to what YouTube claims is reused content without significant original commentary. However, I create all of my content from scratch. For example, with my recap videos, I watch the entire episode, take notes, create a script, record my narration, gather reactions online, compile them, and then edit everything together, which takes hours of work. On September 19th, hackers used a fake email pretending to be from YouTube to obtain my email and password. They accessed my YouTube channel and transferred it to another account, removing me as an administrator. I no longer have access to my channel because I don't know which account they linked it to. Despite contacting YouTube for a month, they have not provided a solution besides changing my password, which doesn't help as they moved the channel. My channel, "el koyote rider," is still up with videos and subscribers, but they disabled comments. I'm concerned about my personal information on that channel. YouTube's lack of action makes them potentially complicit in possible crimes: intellectual theft and violations of rights. I have filed a report with the National Police Corps.

The recent T-shirt advertisement depicts offensive language (referring to "soy boys"), suggestive of a hate crime (cutting a ponytail), hinting at sexual harassment with the same act, and ultimately shows actual assault. This trivialization of violence raises concerns about YouTube's stance on promoting such behavior. The platform should not be endorsing any form of violence or harassment. It is essential for YouTube to prioritize promoting respectful and inclusive content over controversial and harmful material. As a viewer, I find it troubling that such content is allowed to circulate with seemingly no regard for the repercussions it may have on individuals or society as a whole. YouTube must reevaluate its content policies and uphold a standard that does not tolerate violence or discrimination in any capacity.

Hello YouTube, I have been trying to contact you for about six months now because my channel was demonetized in March. I was advised to delete or edit videos with copyrighted material, which I have done by removing all copyrighted content. However, my reapplication for monetization was not approved. I only have one video with copyrighted material left, and I have permission from the artists to use their work if needed. I am unsure why my channel was not approved for monetization, especially after deleting around 85 million views worth of content. I would appreciate a manual review of my channel if the monetization process is automated.

I am confused as to why my account has been suspended. I uploaded just one video, a cover song, taking precautions to prevent this situation. I am disappointed with the lack of communication from YouTube or Google prior to the account suspension. There was no warning or opportunity to address any issues. I have reviewed the terms of service, but without specific feedback, I am unable to learn from this experience. I have reached out to YouTube three times in the past week and have not received confirmation of any review. I am eager to understand the problem and resolve this issue promptly.

I used to have a YouTube channel named igloobabe* where I posted videos of my daughters singing. They are now ** and ** years old, both dealing with mental health issues, and have asked me to make the videos private. I've tried for hours to do so, but I forgot the password and couldn't access the account. I recently spent £** to recover my old email address, but YouTube doesn't recognize it since it's not linked to a Google account. I'm extremely frustrated by this situation. I need to either regain access to the account or have the videos removed. However, I'm struggling with the privacy report form and feel stuck. My only wish is to change the settings to private.

I regularly post political comments on YouTube every few days. If my comments are deemed appropriate by YouTube and Google, I can read them but cannot review or share them, which is frustrating. I believe in utilizing YouTube as a platform for fair and balanced discussions. I'm currently facing an issue with my Google accounts on my phone. I have two separate accounts, one for general use like YouTube, and another for Google Hangouts. After calling a number multiple times, my secondary Google account got disabled, which I didn't initially notice. Later on, my main account was also disabled, which I managed to recover. Unfortunately, my YouTube account was logged out and I couldn't sign back in. I didn't receive any notifications about it being suspended. I've lost all my subscriptions and liked videos accumulated over the past 10 years, causing me to feel anxious. I believe it was an honest mistake as I was unaware that calling a number multiple times could lead to this issue. I mainly used Google Hangouts to contact my parents due to not having a phone service currently. I urgently need assistance from YouTube support to address this matter with a real person.

To whom it may concern, I canceled my YouTube TV subscription on Sep 14, [redacted], and was erroneously charged $49.99 on Oct 15, [redacted], for a service I did not receive or use. Despite checking both of my Gmail accounts, I confirmed that I do not have an active subscription to YouTube TV on either of them. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach a customer service representative have been unsuccessful as the support team has not been helpful. I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly to avoid escalation, as I am prepared to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau. Please issue a refund for the overcharged amount. Hello, I manage my company's YouTube brand account which used to have 3 channels. Recently, I noticed that only 2 channels are visible, and the main one is missing. Initially, we had a total of 6 accounts, so I requested a colleague to delete the extra 3 accounts (under different brand accounts). Unfortunately, it seems like he might have accidentally deleted the main channel. I suspect this could be due to security issues in the Admin account that controls the brand accounts, leading to the suspension of the channel. Given the complexity of the situation, I would prefer to discuss this matter over the phone.

Hello, I am a YouTube partner with the channel name New Talent TV. Months ago, my channel was demonetized for policy violations, requiring [redacted] subscribers and [redacted] watch hours. I made efforts to rectify this by deleting some videos. Although monetization was restored, it was short-lived as the channel was demonetized again within two weeks for policy violation without any new videos posted. Currently, my channel remains demonetized. If a video violates policies, kindly point it out for editing or removal instead of penalizing the entire channel. A week ago, my YouTube channel was terminated without warning. The reason given was "glorifying eating disorders," which is completely untrue. Many other users are posting videos of themselves eating edible chalk without any consequences. I have put in a lot of effort into my channel, almost reaching [redacted] subscribers and 14,[redacted] views on my most popular video. I need this issue resolved promptly as I plan to add more content to my channel. I want to clarify that I was not promoting eating disorders; I was showcasing pregnant pica, which is not an eating disorder. I have reached out to YouTube but have not received a response yet. It is crucial that my channel is reinstated or that appropriate action is taken against all users engaging in similar content. I never received a warning or strike, my channel was terminated immediately after posting two videos. This situation needs to be thoroughly investigated.

My name is Douglas H. I have two email addresses: [redacted] and my new one is [redacted] On 08/12/[redacted], there was a charge of 11.99 on my card from you guys. After a live chat with a Yube customer support representative and providing a screenshot of my account, I was refunded the 11.99. I was assured it wouldn't happen again. However, on 09/29/[redacted], at 10:47 pm, YouTube charged me again. This time, I haven't received a refund. My bank, Skylight, is currently disputing the charge with YouTube. I have also reached out to YouTube's legal department. I am requesting a refund and no longer wish to have YouTube Premium. I am quite frustrated with YouTube's lack of customer service, including the absence of a contact number.

I am facing an issue with my YouTube account where it is automatically subscribing me to random channels. This has been happening for several months, resulting in approximately 20 new subscriptions daily, totaling to [redacted] random channels. These channels are typically in languages I do not understand, and after researching, I noticed many others are experiencing the same problem. I have taken steps like changing my password, managing access to my Google account, enabling two-step verification, and removing unknown extensions on Chrome. Although I manually unsubscribed from most channels, about 30 remain and I cannot seem to unsubscribe from them; each time I try, it reverts back to being subscribed. Even after waiting a few days, the issue persists, and I found I had been subscribed to an additional 20 channels. Attempts to contact YouTube through a phone call were unsuccessful as I was put on hold for 40 minutes and eventually disconnected. I am unsure of what to do next and seek assistance with resolving this matter.

I received this message from someone named Eve Trevena, whom I do not know. I chose not to respond because it was quite disrespectful and seemed to imply that I know more about the Bible than others, thereby suggesting they have no right to disagree. I am curious as to how certain knowledge determines belief versus disagreement, especially since followers of every religion are deeply invested and convinced of their own beliefs. Perhaps like me with the Bible, do you disagree with others because you believe they know less? Would you consider reading texts from other religions like Buddhism to understand better? Additionally, there are numerous interpretations within Christianity alone, with some followers even believing in extreme practices like stoning individuals. It's challenging to assume superiority in knowledge over such a wide range of beliefs.

Despite numerous reports from over [redacted] viewers highlighting potential animal abuse during grooming sessions, the videos remain online. In these videos, there are instances of inappropriate handling of animals that put them and their owners at risk. The content includes alarming scenes like yelling at a 12-week-old puppy with sharp scissors and using forceful methods on dogs during grooming, leading to fear and distress. I have observed a distressing incident where a dog bled during a nail trim, yet the videos have not been removed. There seems to be a pattern of concerning behavior that needs to be addressed promptly. The community has even taken steps to address this by creating a Facebook group to seek justice for these animals. If necessary actions are not taken quickly, I am prepared to escalate this matter through the media.

I was surprised to discover that my YouTube account was banned when I tried to log in today. The email notification mentioned breaking rules related to spam or fraud, which I find confusing as I only use YouTube to watch videos. Additionally, I recently paid for a premium subscription, and I'm concerned about being charged while the account is blocked. The email even states that I can never have a YouTube account in my name, which seems unfair. I know from my brother, who is a YouTube streamer, that usually, warning emails are sent before such actions are taken, but I didn't receive any warnings, just a sudden ban.
