Hello, I am reaching out for assistance. My wife, who is disabled, heavily relies on her Kindle to communicate with our family and make online purchases. She has been using Y-mail without any issues for years, but recently she has encountered a problem. While she can still receive emails, she is unable to send any. Despite our limited tech knowledge, we have tried troubleshooting without success. Any guidance or support you can provide to help resolve this issue would greatly impact my wife's well-being. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Elizabeth

Hello, I am reaching out for a member of the Yahoo billing team to help me confirm whether the Visa card details I am about to provide are linked to upgrading my account. Thanks, Kabbashi Hello, My secondary email linked to my Yahoo account is not receiving the verification code. I have checked the spam/junk folder and also contacted my ISP. I upgraded to Yahoo Plus over 5 years ago. I have the valid Visa card number used for payment with Yahoo. Can Yahoo assist by verifying this card number for account access and subscription renewal? I have received a congratulatory message from Yahoo after the payment, and the receipt is available in the system. Regards, Kabbashi

I am using a fantasy sports app for baseball and basketball. Normally, within a player's profile, there should be an option to move them in and out of the lineup to set the lineup for the day. Unfortunately, this feature is missing from all player profiles in both sports. Instead, there is a discussion option where the lineup adjustment should be. I have already raised this issue five times in the last 10 days, but it has not been resolved. I have tried signing out and back in, deleting and re-downloading the app, but nothing has worked. I am using an android phone. Could someone please address this problem? It is affecting my enjoyment of playing fantasy sports.

I usually stay signed into my Yahoo email account, but this week I mistakenly got signed out when trying to update my information. Despite selecting the option to stay signed in, I couldn't log back in. When I attempt to access my account, it prompts me to enter missing phone numbers for verification, displaying my old deleted number or an outdated Outlook email instead of allowing me to enter my password. To resolve this, I even created a new Yahoo account hoping it would recognize me but to no avail. I urgently need assistance as my important emails are in jeopardy, and I don't want to lose access to this account.

I recently returned to the internet after being offline for approximately 3 to 4 years. I noticed that Yahoo no longer permits comments on news articles, which is quite disappointing. In my Oxford American Dictionary, it mentions that "Socialism is the first step toward Communism," leading me to believe that Yahoo is leaning towards destructive socialist ideals. I have lost faith in traditional news outlets like ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, and PBS as they seem to only report what their wealthy owners dictate. Yahoo appears to have a similar issue, which I like to call "LIAR-itis," a condition where individuals are unable to tell the truth due to severe tongue inflammation. I have observed prominent figures like Pelosi, Biden, Maxine Waters, Al Sharpton, Schumer, Schiff, Comey, HRC, Obama, and FBI acting director, Christopher Wray, being affected by "LIAR-itis." Unfortunately, I am unable to address any inquiries, and I doubt Yahoo will allow this comment to be visible.

Hello. I have been a Yahoo user since childhood and am currently facing difficulty recovering my account. My Yahoo email address, [redacted], was used as my username for my Facebook account in its earlier versions. Since the recovery email address ([redacted]) is inaccessible, I believe my Facebook account could potentially be utilized as a verification method to recover my Yahoo account. Recovering my Yahoo account is crucial as it contains valuable contacts, messages from friends, and family from my formative years. Additionally, this restoration could enhance the security of my current Facebook account. I look forward to a prompt response and appreciate any assistance. Let's all stay strong during these challenging times. Take care. 🙂

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to seek assistance in resetting the password for my Yahoo email account, [redacted], which was created by my colleague, Mr. Edgar Bainomugisha, along with Mr. Kabs Byareba in [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not used the account for some time and have forgotten the password. As my colleague is currently out of the country, I am unable to reach him for the necessary information for account recovery. Kindly assist me in resetting my password. It is crucial for the operation of my business, NUNA CHROP ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED. I believe my colleague may have used his now inactive WARID Uganda number during the setup of the account. Additionally, I would like to install the Yahoo App on my phone using the number +[redacted]02. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Peter Nalulu P.O. Box [redacted] Jinja, Uganda

After not logging into my Yahoo account for a while, I encountered an issue where my password was changed. However, I managed to recover it surprisingly easily. Upon logging back in, I noticed a unfamiliar number with the last two digits that quickly disappeared from my Yahoo account. Oddly enough, I also received a notification on my Gmail concerning this matter. Despite not having linked these accounts previously or remembering adding a phone number, it seems peculiar. Notably, my phone was lost or stolen, and I only recently had access to my uncle's laptop to review and secure both my accounts.

I have a Yahoo account with important emails that I can't access because someone changed my password. I need to retrieve emails related to a grant for a shelter for single Jewish Moms and a letter from the Jewish Defense League. Once I get back into my account, I plan to transfer the emails to my Gmail account ([redacted]) and close the Yahoo account ([redacted]).

I had created a Yahoo Account ([redacted]) when I was young, primarily to set up a Facebook account. Unfortunately, I have now forgotten the password. Despite several attempts at recovery, I struggle to recall the answer to the security question "What is your favorite Book?" which I set as a child. Since our interests change over time, I cannot remember the book I had entered back then. I have realized that I did not set up alternative recovery methods for my old Yahoo Account, adding to my current dilemma. The only proof I have is that my Facebook account linked to this Yahoo email is still active. I fear being locked out of both accounts indefinitely. I am seeking advice on any alternative ways to access my old Yahoo Account, possibly through verification with my school email. Any help in swiftly resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have a 15-year-old account under [redacted] that used to auto-login on my iPad. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password as I recently removed Yahoo Mail from my iPad. I initially used this Yahoo email to create a Facebook profile with a different password, but over time, I stopped using [redacted] due to forgetting the password. When attempting to recover my Yahoo password, Yahoo sends a verification code to an unfamiliar email ending in @ymail.com, which I never created or had access to. It seems like my Yahoo account may have been hacked, although that is not my primary concern. The main issue is that I used [redacted] to create my Facebook account, and now I need to add a payment method for my Facebook business page. Facebook requires a verification code sent to my Yahoo email for security purposes. This access is crucial for me. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I would like to address an issue I am facing with my two email accounts, [redacted] (email id 1) and [redacted] (email id 2). I have not accessed these accounts for a long time and now I am unable to log in as verification codes are being sent between these two accounts. Additionally, I don't remember the security question answers. I used email id 1 to create my Apple ID, which is now locked and sending verification codes to email id 1, making it inaccessible. I kindly request assistance in accessing my account without verification or if not possible, to cancel the current ID so I can create a new one with the same credentials. I am willing to provide written assurance that I will not misuse the email and your company will not face any issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Warm regards, Kaushal Kajaria

There have been frequent phishing attempts from [redacted] targeting our company through the comments section. The sender, Mel, claims to be a photographer asserting ownership of images used on our website without permission. They threaten legal action if the images are not removed within a few days. The email includes a link to a supposed document with evidence of copyright infringement. It's important to handle these requests carefully. Thank you for reaching out.

I am unable to access my email account. I do not own a cell phone nor do I wish to have one. If Yahoo continues to push for it, I will consider leaving. I do not depend on an email account as I can communicate with the few people I need to speak to via phone. My preference is DuckDuckGo, and I have no requirement for Yahoo anymore, especially since they eliminated the option to leave comments. Yahoo.com is now very frustrating, in my opinion. I suggest they reevaluate their approach.

Dear Yahoo Team, I am facing issues with accessing my Instagram account. It seems to have been compromised after I unfollowed some accounts. I used my Facebook account to sign up for Instagram and did not create a separate password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to one of the email addresses linked to my Facebook account, and when I try to reset my password, the link is sent to the inaccessible email address. Additionally, I can't access my registered mobile number since I have moved from the UAE to my home country. I am hoping to regain access to my old Yahoo account so that I can manage my Instagram account effectively. Inaccessible email: [redacted] Facebook username: Àbøød Jř Primary email: [redacted] Thank you for your anticipated response.
