Hello Yahoo & Get Human forum users, I urgently need assistance recovering my accounts. Many years ago, I created the email account [redacted], which I used to create a Facebook account under the username Thelma Kisela. I am currently unable to access my Facebook account because I have forgotten the password. To regain access, I require a verification code sent to my Yahoo email for password reset. However, I am unable to sign in to my Yahoo account due to various issues: forgotten password, account not found on Yahoo page, lack of linked phone number, and unsuccessful recovery attempts. Despite trying several methods such as account recovery, reaching out to Yahoo support via phone and Twitter, and exploring support links, I have been unable to resolve the issue. I seek guidance on how to regain access to my Yahoo and Facebook accounts without the required password and phone number. Any assistance is greatly appreciated as my previous efforts have not been successful. Thank you.

I recently contacted Yahoo Mail because my inbox was empty. I received a message from the troubleshooting team stating that an incident number [redacted] has been created for me. They mentioned that a specialist would email me soon at [redacted] The issue has been resolved, and I no longer require help from the specialist. All my folders and emails have been restored. The problem was due to an error in the sign-in email address, as it was only accepting the incorrect address: [redacted] I tried entering a new account in the sign-in box, which allowed me to access my account with the correct email address. I enjoy reading the stories you post on my home page. I used to be able to write a comment directly under the story. However, that option has been removed, and now we are directed to social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to leave comments. I prefer not to use Facebook or Twitter for this purpose. Please consider reverting to the previous method of allowing comments under the stories. There have been stories where I wanted to leave feedback but couldn't due to the current format. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a customer service phone number for inquiries like this, as speaking to a person is often more effective than filling out an email form.

I have maintained my Yahoo email account for many years, disregarding those who consider it outdated. However, I am growing frustrated with the constant mention of our previous president when I check my emails. I vehemently disagree with his actions and policies. If this continues, I will be forced to switch to Gmail. My loyalty and ad revenue will go to another service that respects my stance. I urge you to cease the political content as it deeply upsets me due to personal losses during the pandemic. I will initiate the transfer of my emails promptly if this matter is not addressed. Please, I have a big issue with my Yahoo email that I hope will be resolved as soon as possible. I can no longer download attachments to my messages; some files are accepted while others are not. Specifically, it rejects files like scanned copies of my diplomas, even if they are in PDF format and of a reasonable size. Additionally, some attachments in received and sent emails do not appear. I deeply regret trusting and including this email address on my job application, as I can no longer send files, risking missing out on opportunities. Please do something to solve this problem quickly, or I will have to leave this email service for good if it causes me to miss out on opportunities.

My phone was stolen, and I'm trying to track it on another device. Gmail sent a code to my Yahoo email, but I can't access it on this device. I'm looking to bypass the wait or speak with a representative urgently. Yahoo advises contacting customer service for paid support. I'm currently at the hospital due to a kidnapping incident where my phone was taken, and my car was recorded on CCTV. I regained consciousness in my car without my phone and injured, unsure of my location.

Lately, I've observed a bias towards anti-India, pro-Pakistan, and pro-China choices in the polls, which concerns me. I have forgotten the password for my email account [redacted] The recovery code was sent to my old mobile number [redacted]4, which I have not used for a long time. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with one of my accounts. After performing a factory reset on my phone, I am unable to access my email account. It is prompting me for an authentication code, but as my phone number is not connected and that device was the sole method used for that account, I am not receiving a code. While I do know the password for the account, I am wondering if there is a way for me to log in using only the password without the authentication code. Thank you.

Last week, when I opened my iPhone 6 or 7 to check my email, I was shocked to find both my Yahoo and Gmail inboxes empty with a message saying "No Mail." This is unusual for me as I frequently check my emails throughout the day. Having not received any advance notice about this, I am concerned as I haven't received any new emails for several days. My name is Yenis Julio Vasquez, and I used to live in Venezuela. I opened an email account with Yahoo, "[redacted]," several years ago. Due to the issues in Venezuela, I had to return to my country, Colombia, and left inactive the phone number and email account I used in Venezuela for some time. Now, as I try to recover my account, it does not accept my password and prompts me to use the recovery phone number, which I no longer have access to. Hello, I have been experiencing issues with logging into my account for years. My account was hacked around 6 years ago, but I didn't take much action then as I had either retained my passwords or updated them for most sites and games. However, there is one game still linked to the email address [redacted], and my password no longer works for it. I'm assisting a customer who is facing challenges with her email accounts. I was hacked a few weeks ago and changed my password. However, I made a mistake and Yahoo is now saying my password is invalid. When I tried to create a new password, it was not accepted. I contacted Yahoo customer service, but I had trouble understanding the person on the phone due to my hearing impairment. At 79 years old, I am not very tech-savvy. Even a tech expert who visited my house couldn't reset my password. I vaguely recall having created Gmail accounts, but I don't know the passwords. I am unable to receive a temporary password since my Yahoo email is inaccessible. Every time I attempt to reset the password, I am asked for a previous password that I can't remember. Should I close my account? Please help me with this confusing situation. 🥴🥴
