I am experiencing an issue with sending emails from my Yahoo account linked to my sbcglobal.com account. Recently, whenever I try to send emails, I receive error messages like "An error occurred while sending mail" through sbcglobal and "Your message cannot be sent because it resembles spam and/or contains links" via Yahoo. This problem started about a week ago without any changes on my end. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter without having to change my email address.

I attempted to log in to my Yahoo account but forgot my password. I was notified that the verification code would be sent to my phone, but I no longer have access to it. The system then stated it was unable to recover my account. I tried to sign up for Yahoo Premium for assistance, but I received a message that the service is unavailable in the country where my account was created (Indonesia). I'm concerned about missing important information in my Yahoo email and urgently need access to my account again. Thank you for your assistance.

Good evening,
I had previously created an account under the name [redacted] with that email address for approximately 10 years. During this time, I changed my phone number and the alternate email address to [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Yahoo.com email account even though my Facebook account is still linked to my Yahoo.com email address. Accessing my account has become difficult as I have forgotten my password, and the alternate email [redacted] is now closed.
My old phone number was +[redacted][redacted], which is no longer active.
My new phone number is +[redacted]19.
Please link my account to my new phone number for receiving verification codes.
I appreciate your assistance.
Sincerely,
Majid Arabo

I am concerned that my identity has been compromised. I received an email from Yahoo in German, confirming the closure of an account linked to my email address. The email states the account will be deleted in 30 days to prevent misuse. I have never opened or closed such an account with Yahoo.
Another email informed me that a mobile number was removed from my Yahoo account, with a timestamp provided. If I didn't make this change, I should add the number back, review my security settings, and change my password through the official Yahoo login page.
I suspect criminal hackers may be involved. I am currently in the process of changing my mobile provider and will not be reachable on my usual number until the 29th of December. However, the displayed numbers in the emails are correct.

I have an account on Yahoo.com with the email ID [redacted] I forgot my password and tried to recover it using my recovery email, but I made a mistake in the recovery email address. Instead of using yahoo.com, I mistakenly entered yahoo.coqm. Therefore, I did not receive the OTP on my recovery email. Can you please assist me? Kindly correct the last three letters of my recovery email from yahoo.copm to yahoo.com.

I set up my Yahoo email back in 2[redacted], which I have linked to my Instagram and Facebook. I haven't used this email in a while due to school commitments. Now, I need to reset my passwords for Instagram and Facebook, but I can't access this email account. This is worrying because my social media accounts are tied to it.

I made my Yahoo Mail account back in 2[redacted] and have been using it for my Instagram (_s.nita_) and current Facebook account. I've neglected this email during my busy school life, and now I need to reset my passwords for Facebook and Instagram. Unfortunately, I can't access the Yahoo Mail account, which worries me since it's linked to my social media profiles.

I keep getting prompted to verify my phone number on my account. The issue is, the number displayed is an old one that I no longer use. As a result, my account is now blocked because I can't sign in. This is problematic because I rely on this account to access my Facebook, Steam, Origins, Ubisoft, and other accounts linked to it. Access to my email is crucial for verification, but I can no longer do that due to the outdated phone number linked to my account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I made a Yahoo account around 18th August [redacted] with the username [redacted] Unfortunately, I forgot the password and despite numerous attempts, I can't access the account. I created a new email, [redacted], but I really need to recover my old Yahoo account. I don't have a phone for recovery and when I click on "forgot password," it keeps showing an "uh oh" message, consistently telling me to try again later. Is there any way I can resolve this problem? I urgently need access to my email address.

I am frustrated with Yahoo's one-sided reporting. For instance, they highlight Judge Robert Pratt criticizing President Trump's pardons, but fail to mention similar situations with Obama and Clinton. As an independent who voted for Obama and Clinton, I see a bias against Trump from the start. Now, Democrats are calling for unity while previously boycotting Trump's inauguration and figures like Maxine Waters show hostility towards him. The media should be impartial, yet they overlook stories like Hunter Biden's involvement with China. It's evident that there is a lack of fairness and balance in reporting, especially when important details are omitted.

My email account on yahoo.com suddenly lost all entries on my laptop months ago, while everything remained intact on my android phone. The folders containing important information are missing as well. When accessing my yahoo email on the laptop, there are hardly any emails and the folders have disappeared. In contrast, my android phone displays all emails and grants access to the existing folders as usual. I am puzzled by this discrepancy and require access to my folders and emails on the laptop.

I received an email regarding a new sign-in on my Yahoo account, but I do not recognize the account mentioned in the email. The email suggests if there was an error to reply, but I do not have an account with the given email address. It also asks to create a new password if this sign-in was not authorized. This seems suspicious to me.

I receive emails on my desktop and iPhone via Yahoo. Recently, I received an iPad as a Christmas gift. Upon syncing the iPad with my other devices, I am now noticing that I am not receiving new emails on my desktop, even though I am receiving them on my iPad and iPhone. Additionally, it seems like my desktop is not sending out newly composed emails. There is a notification from Yahoo on my desktop email indicating that something is outdated, but I am unable to view the full message currently due to this screen covering it. This situation is quite frustrating for me.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. As a long-time user of Yahoo, I have been able to access my account seamlessly until December 19, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my wife and I both lost our mobile phones, which has left us unable to access our Yahoo accounts. We were utilizing the Yahoo Account Key feature for access, with my wife's recovery email being [redacted] and mine being [redacted] We had not linked any phone numbers for recovery purposes.
Currently, we are facing difficulty in accessing our accounts and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly so we can resume using our accounts as usual.
Thank you for your attention and prompt response.
Best Regards,
Arvind Prasad

After three days of searching, I finally found a Customer Service number for Yahoo USA. Unfortunately, the representative I chatted with refused to delete my Yahoo free Email account. I then called another technical representative on their mobile, which cost me, and they mentioned there would be a charge for them to accept my valid email and contact me to reset my password. Despite explaining that I was not in the US and the rep not knowing the delete procedure, they stated they would pass my number to the Yahoo billing department. I'm still waiting for a callback. This seems like a scam by a giant US firm taking advantage of unaware customers. I simply want them to close my account promptly while following their process accordingly.
