I am reaching out to bring attention to recent issues with suspicious emails from unknown sources attempting financial fraud. These criminals are pretending to be involved in our business transactions, misleading clients into changing payment details. These deceitful emails are not associated with Bumi Geo Engineering Ltd. We have been using this email account for over ten years and this is the first time we have encountered such fraudulent activity. Over the past two weeks, we have been unable to receive or send emails, even though clients claim they have been sending messages. We are unsure if these phishing attempts are originating from our systems or if our email IDs have been compromised. We need assistance to enhance the security of our webmail, confirm our account is free from fraudulent activities, and safeguard our future transactions with clients.

These fraudulent emails impersonate our business associates to manipulate payment details, aiming to deceive our clients. Please be aware that these emails are not associated with Bumi Geo Engineering Ltd. We are uncertain whether these phishing attempts originate from our system or compromised IDs. We seek assistance in enhancing email security measures to safeguard against fraudulent schemes and secure future transactions with our clients. Please contact us at your earliest convenience.

I am reaching out to address the recent incidents involving suspicious emails regarding fraudulent financial activities. These emails impersonate legitimate parties in an attempt to manipulate our transaction details. Please note that these emails are not associated with Bumi Geo Engineering Ltd. and should not be trusted. We have never encountered such fraud in our decade-long use of this email account. Over the past two weeks, we have also experienced a disruption in our email communication, hindering our ability to correspond with clients. Despite not receiving any emails, our clients have confirmed sending messages to us. We are uncertain whether these phishing scams originate from our system or compromised accounts. Any guidance on enhancing email security and verifying our account for fraudulent activity would be greatly appreciated to safeguard our upcoming transactions. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Yogesh P. [redacted]

Hello, I am facing a problem as I seem to have forgotten my Yahoo password. The security questions that I answered do not seem to be correct. When I created the email, there was no Yahoo ID option, and unfortunately, I did not provide an alternate email or phone number. The email is several years old, and I am unsure if it is still active or has been deleted. I used this email to register on various forums and games, and I would like to regain access. However, it would be best if I could access my email account first. The email address is [redacted] I read that if an account has been inactive for 12 months, it may be deactivated. Does this mean that I will never regain access to it or be able to change it? Thank you for your attention. Best regards

Dear Sirs, I am facing difficulties logging into my two email accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] Previously, I accessed these accounts using a security key on my iPhone 6 Plus. Since my phone broke, I purchased an iPhone SE and transferred the SIM card. However, I am unable to retrieve the required 8-digit security key. While attempting to use the Yahoo app on my new device to access my temporary email [redacted], I am unable to access the other two emails as they require the security key. Unfortunately, changing the security information to a normal password is not feasible without accessing the emails directly. I have tried various solutions provided by Yahoo unsuccessfully for the last four days, and I am completely reliant on these emails for work. Your urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and Kind Regards, Ahmed B.

Hello, I am experiencing a problem with my Yahoo email account. Normally, I am automatically signed in whenever I open my browser. However, one day, my account was suddenly signed out. I've received 2 emails claiming to be from Yahoo regarding someone trying to access my account. They provided a code and requested that I click a link, but I didn't click it as I am unsure of its authenticity. The login locations mentioned in the emails are Saudia Arabia and another foreign country. How can I forward this information to you for verification purposes?

Hello, I am facing an issue with an older email account for which I only know the password and not the answers to the security questions. This email was created by my brother, who randomly answered the security questions years ago without knowing English. The problem arose when I accidentally broke the phone that had my iCloud account logged in. When I tried to log in with the correct account and password, it stated the password was incorrect and blocked it for security reasons. Now, in order to unlock it, I need access to the old email account for which I only have the password and no security question answers. I can confirm that it is my brother's email and not someone else's. The phone was not stolen; we simply cannot recall the email password. I am very worried because I could lose all my data on the phone, particularly precious photos and memories. I would sincerely appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

For the past three weeks, I've been experiencing issues with Yahoo's website, having to log in as many as 40 times a day. It improved slightly last week but on June 22, [redacted], I got locked out and haven't been able to log back in. Despite having my password written down, attempts to reset it failed. Contacting AT&T for help was unsuccessful. My email is [redacted] This happened before about 3.5 years ago, took 5 days to resolve, and AT&T assisted. Now, I'm struggling to get help. I store passwords in drafts in this email used for over 20 years. Thank you, Charles B. When this issue occurred 3.5 years ago, I had to answer questions online including hobbies and people I wanted to meet.

I have been receiving emails from Interra Credit Union for the last couple of years, mentioning deposits made and account statements, but I have never had an account there. Despite contacting Interra via phone and email multiple times, they still sent emails. I have two Yahoo accounts, one of which I no longer use and assumed Interra was using that password. However, upon further investigation, I discovered they were using my other password associated with the email [redacted], which is also being used by someone else with the same Yahoo email address. This is alarming and raises concerns about identity theft, especially since my husband and I have been victims before. I need this issue resolved promptly to ensure my information's security. My current active email is [redacted] Thank you, Deborah Hillyer.

Dear Yahoo Team, I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account, [redacted], from other devices even though I have my password written down. Although I can still log in on this device because I never logged out and my data is saved. I am unable to add new authentication methods like my current phone number since entering my password is required. The stored authentication IDs for password reset are not valid anymore, leaving me unable to reset my password. I kindly ask for your prompt assistance so I can fully access my email account from any device. Thank you and best regards, Selina Neudert

I deleted my account with the email [redacted] over six months ago. I've found out that this email is linked to some other accounts, including one I'm trying to access but forgot the password for. When I tried the "forgot password" option, it redirects me to the deactivated Yahoo email and suggests I reactivate it to proceed. Despite following the steps provided, I'm unable to reactivate the email address. The Yahoo prompts indicate it's deactivated due to inactivity but doesn't allow me to recover it. I've tried entering the old account information but no progress is made. Creating a new account isn't an option either as it says it's not available. I'm willing to provide additional verification details like phone number and address, but I can't find a way to reactivate the old account.
