I have discovered two unauthorized emails linked to my Yahoo account. I called [redacted] and spoke with a representative named Romma, but the issue wasn't resolved as it required a Premium Paid Service. I then tried calling [redacted] for customer support, but found it unavailable from my area. Lastly, I attempted to contact [redacted] with no success. Due to previous compromises, I urgently request these emails to be removed from my account. Please generate a support request on my behalf and update me via email. Dear Sir, I am experiencing difficulties signing into my Yahoo email account "[redacted]" I have forgotten my password, which I vaguely remember was "numan02," and I cannot recall the recovery email address associated with this account. This email was created a long time ago and not frequently used, but I urgently need access to an important document - my university thesis - stored in that email. I do not have a backup of this document, so I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Excuse me, my name is Scott Campion. Earlier today, I received a message from Yahoo asking for my password, which is unusual. It mentioned potential unauthorized access and something about an IOU account for "oui." I am not very knowledgeable about computers, but my ex-girlfriend has accessed my account in the past. I want to ensure that the only person accessing my account is me. I am hesitant to change my account, given how long I've had it. I strictly intend to use my phone to log in and will never access it from another device or location. I never share access with others. How can I secure my account to ensure only I can log in using the password I entered this morning? Thank you.

I have previously raised concerns along with others who have shared negative feedback. I am unsatisfied with the recent changes to the Yahoo email format. I miss having access to GIFs and emojis. The calendar icon is impractical as I am unable to copy and paste. I am frustrated that I am being prompted to pay for an adblocker when free alternatives exist. Every time I log into my account, I am inconvenienced by having to select "go back to my basics email." The sole reason I have not switched to Gmail is due to the extensive contacts list I would need to notify of a new email address. However, if these issues are not promptly addressed, I will terminate my account and advise 11,[redacted] residents in my community to avoid using Yahoo.

I purchased two drones from N2Invent through an ad on your website. The total amount paid was $[redacted].90. Although I received an order confirmation and was informed that the drones would be delivered soon, I am yet to receive them. I made the purchase on June 7, [redacted], and have not had any luck contacting [redacted] for assistance. I received an email stating that the drones were en route three weeks ago, with a tracking number indicating they were in East Peoria, IL. I believe this may be a fraudulent situation and would appreciate your help in either receiving the drones I ordered or obtaining a refund for the purchase.

I have noticed numerous login attempts from unfamiliar locations dating back to [redacted]. I suspect that my emails are being intercepted through a man-in-the-middle attack. Recently, a stranger falsely represented themselves and my company to a law firm. If any login attempts originated in Virginia or the greater Washington DC area, I request all associated data, including metadata, regardless of quantity or timing. Our company has been plagued by this nefarious activity for far too long, and it must cease. The information gathered will be forwarded to the US States Attorney's Office to address this issue. It seems someone has been caught in the act, and with your assistance, I hope to accurately identify them. I suspect both federal and California state government involvement in this matter. Thank you for your support. ruk9p[at]yahoo.com matt[at]scipiobiofuels.com

At 4:00 pm, access for readers to post comments on articles was denied and replaced with a survey. The survey asks why readers post replies to articles on Yahoo.com. It seems apparent that there is a recognition that people post to address inaccuracies and biased opinions in articles under headings like "Yahoo Business". I participate in discussions to counter misleading information and propaganda propagated by journalists and writers. I aim to provide factual information to counter the narratives being promoted. While there may be differing opinions, I believe everyone has the right to express their thoughts. Refusing this right amounts to censorship. It is important to avoid trouble with regulatory bodies, as seen with Mark Zuckerberg and the FCC. I have already informed the FCC and will notify others in the media about these recent actions.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my two Yahoo accounts. [redacted] And [redacted] I had the Yahoo app, but I uninstalled it. When I tried to log in online, it said the activation code was sent to the other Yahoo account. The issue is that these two accounts keep sending activation codes to each other, so I can't access the account where the code was sent. What should I do now? I have had both accounts for many years, with important emails that I need to access! There has to be a solution!!?? I also don't know how to contact you. I can't call and I'm not sure if I am in the right place. Best regards, ML

I am reaching out because I am experiencing significant issues with my Yahoo email account. It has come to my attention that someone else has had access to my email account and has been sending emails from it without my knowledge. I am concerned about my privacy and would like to permanently close my account. Before doing so, I kindly request that all emails sent from my account be deleted from the beginning until now. This includes removing them from the email lists of all recipients to ensure they do not have unauthorized emails in their accounts. I would appreciate it if you could confirm if this is possible. This matter is of utmost importance to me, and I can be reached directly on my mobile phone at [redacted] 89 93 31 60. I look forward to your response. Best regards, Christophe.

Last May [redacted], my email account was compromised by hackers. Yahoo provided me with a contact number for engineers in India (+[redacted]) who helped recover my account but charged me £[redacted] upfront and damaged my £[redacted] Apple Mac laptop beyond repair. They offered a refund but now, months later, individuals claiming to be from Yahoo are contacting me from the USA under the name "Mike" at (+[redacted]1), insisting on further payments and requesting access to my non-functional device to remove a security code. I am wary of this and fear it could be fraudulent. I'm concerned about the security of my email account being compromised again. Seeking advice on how to proceed. - Michael C. I am experiencing issues accessing my email accounts through the Yahoo app and my phone's email app. The accounts for [redacted] and [redacted] have been merged but are not loading properly. This is causing a problem as I have important legal documents in my inbox. The Yahoo app shows no emails from today and nothing for the year [redacted]. When using my phone's email app (Android, Moto Z), it states that I do not have the correct credentials to sign in and provides a pop-up window with login information. I have not made any changes to my accounts. Accessing "forgot password" features on websites becomes difficult as I can't receive the email to reset my password. Urgent assistance is needed to resolve this issue promptly. Your help is greatly appreciated.

My aunt is experiencing difficulty accessing her Yahoo account ([redacted]). She is unable to log in due to an incorrect password and is unable to reset the password. The error message "uh oh... We can’t sign you in at the moment. Please try again in a while." continues to appear even after multiple attempts over several weeks. Additionally, the account does not provide any recovery options, making it impossible to regain access. The FAQs and help support pages do not offer solutions, and there are no options for live chat or phone support. As this email address is linked to various personal accounts, creating a new account is not a viable solution. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
