Hello! I've had my Yahoo account for about 20 years. I switched to using MacBooks a few years ago, so I rarely need to log in. Unfortunately, I forgot my password after changing it some time ago. The issue is that I can't reset it because I now live in Medellin, Colombia for about a year, and my old registered phone number from Germany is no longer valid. Also, my previous alternative email address is no longer in use. I would greatly appreciate your help in finding a solution to reset my password. I'm concerned that if I ever get locked out, I'll lose access to my email account. It's currently working fine, but I want to ensure I have a plan in case of any issues. Please cease the Republican advertisements on my email list. If this continues, I will close my account and take legal action. I am bombarded with numerous deceptive pop-ups urging me to vote for specific candidates. These ads masquerade as emails but instead, when clicked, redirect you to their mailing list. They are not genuine emails but cleverly disguised ads. Please take action on this immediately. I expect a prompt response. Sincerely, R. Morgan

I am experiencing frequent password changes with my Yahoo mail account. I have had to update my password more than five times in the past few weeks. Before considering closing my account and moving to Gmail, I would like to inquire if this recurring issue can be addressed. It is becoming burdensome having to remember a new password every week. Despite creating passwords that are not common and adhering to Yahoo's password guidelines, the problem persists. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help.

I need help identifying the owner of the email [redacted] This individual has hacked my PayPal account, transferring money from my bank account, and PayPal has been uncooperative. I'm struggling to pay rent for my apartment due to the stolen funds. I understand this is sensitive information, but I'm desperate to recover my money to avoid losing my home. After the recent changes to my Sky email account through Yahoo, I installed the Yahoo app on both my iPad and Android Samsung phone. Unfortunately, I keep receiving a "credentials needed" message on my Samsung Android device. When I proceed to enter my details, including the correct email address, password, Sky server information, and portal details, a warning pops up stating incorrect username and password. Can someone please explain what the issue might be?

My Yahoo email account, [redacted], has been in use for about 15 years. Unfortunately, three days ago, I accidentally logged out of all devices while installing the Yahoo app on my new phone. The issue now is that my recovery email, [redacted], is no longer active. This email was also my official address in my former company where I worked until last year. Since the activation code is being sent to the obsolete recovery email, I am unable to access it. I would appreciate your assistance and guidance in resolving this matter.

Dear Yahoo Admin, I left my phone in a taxi last night and it hasn't been returned. Unfortunately, all my important information, including my Yahoo Mail, was on that phone. Without access to my email, I can't log in to my Facebook and Messenger accounts as all the notifications are sent there. Moreover, I had all my passwords saved on that device, and now I'm unable to retrieve them. I'm currently in Japan and won't be back in Manila until the 16th of February. I need help with a Yahoo Mail issue. My email signature includes an image, which was working fine when I sent emails yesterday afternoon. However, later on, the image stopped showing when composing new emails, and it wasn't attached when I hit "send." I used to be able to insert images by copying and pasting from my files or online, but that's no longer working. I can still view images in received emails, but when I forward or reply, the images disappear. During the time this issue started, I was only working on a Word document on my PC, and I didn't change any Yahoo Mail settings or other programs. Any help is greatly appreciated. -Syd

I experienced an issue with my email accounts being transferred to AOL from Netscape, and now whenever I access Yahoo Sports, the betting screen takes over my entire screen with an obnoxious purple color. The constant pressure to gamble is offensive, and AOL claims they are unable to adjust the screen. In this day and age of [redacted], it seems like a technological oversight. I find it hard to believe that Yahoo is so out of touch with modern technology. It would be greatly appreciated if there could be an option to modify or customize the screen.

I lost my phone with the number where I used to receive the PIN for logging in. Now I have a new phone and would like to log into my email there. I am still logged into my browser on my PC, and when I try to change my security settings there, it asks for the PIN. I would like to log in with just the password or set my new number as security so I can have full access to my account again. Best regards.

My ex-husband hijacked my account, social media, email, banks, and credit cards, leading to a year-long email access issue. The email on the account is [redacted], and the phone number is [redacted], now disconnected due to his actions. Help with recovering my account is crucial as it contains precious memories of my kids' milestones from [redacted]/6. The recovery emails are Bgone989 and Bgone686 @ gmail, which were created by him. I have tried resetting with old passwords Steph*[redacted], enyaj2007, Sarah*02, and Sarah [redacted]. The account was accessed in Lufkin TX, Livingston TX, and Houston TX. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. Please prepare my compensation claim file following the disclosure of my email during the period 2[redacted]. I want to make clear that during this time, my account was compromised: some important files and correspondence for both my professional and personal life have vanished without a trace! Of course, no amount of compensation can truly replace what I've lost, but it seems like the most appropriate course of action given the significant harm caused; harm that YAHOO should have prevented. Yesterday, the comments box post button was unexpectedly disabled without any explanation, which felt quite impolite. It would have been appreciated to receive an email clarifying the reason for this occurrence. I suspect my political comments may have led to this action, while others are able to freely spread hate and misinformation. As a patriotic American, I feel it is my responsibility to address such matters.

I have received multiple emails over the past five days from "POSTMASTER" in my Yahoo account. The email states: Dear User: [redacted], There are pending incoming emails in your inbox, and you need to update your email account to access these messages. • Failure to resolve this issue might lead to account deactivation. Update Here Warning! Deactivated accounts will be deleted, including emails, contacts, and other data. ©Email Administrator. Email forwarded to: [redacted] Can someone please verify if this email is genuinely from Yahoo? Thank you.

I have attempted to update my payment method for my email subscription more than 10 times, but each time it has failed. I have verified these attempts with my credit card company, and the issue seems to be on your end. My credit card is working fine for other purchases. Your site lacks proper guidance to resolve this matter, and a simple phone call could easily solve the issue. It is important to note that there are other email services out there, so please address this problem promptly to avoid losing customers like myself.
