Two years ago, my Yahoo account was hacked, and I was locked out due to a password change. I notified all my contacts and created a new account to avoid any potential issues with identity theft. Although initially not worried, the account has been accessed again recently, sending an email to my brother. This raises concerns, and I am unsure of the user's intentions. Could you please assist in permanently closing this compromised account to prevent further unauthorized access? Thank you for your assistance.

In [redacted], I downloaded the Yahoo Mail app on my phone. However, after a few months, I removed it due to the memory it was consuming. Subsequently, I discovered that I had been completely locked out of my Yahoo accounts. The recovery mobile number I had used was no longer valid, and Yahoo does not offer an alternative option for a landline number. I am stuck with an 8-digit recovery option that I can't utilize since I am locked out, and the only other choice presented is a premium rate service, which I do not wish to subscribe to. I feel unfairly pressured to pay for a situation created by the company. It is frustrating that something that should be easily solvable has turned into a financial burden. The entire situation seems deceptive.

I'm having trouble with my password; it never seems to work. I have to keep changing it, and it's frustrating. Even when I try using email, I still can't seem to log in. The response time for assistance is too slow. I receive information promptly only on my cell phone. How can I resolve this password issue efficiently and ensure it stays fixed? I need immediate help, not a delayed response the next day.

Hello, I am Dr. Hemanthi from Sri Lanka. My Yahoo email address is m***********@yahoo.com. I have been using this email for a long time for both personal and official purposes. Recently, I accidentally uninstalled the Yahoo Mail app on my Samsung Android phone. After reinstalling it the next day, I tried to sign in but was unsuccessful. They sent a verification code to my Gmail, but I did not receive the email. When I tried to use my phone number, it said, "Sorry, this account has no mailbox."
Before uninstalling the app, a push message was sent to my phone for email verification, which allowed me to access my emails. I am confused about what has happened. Is it possible that I have forgotten my Gmail account? Why can't I access my mailbox? Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Support Team,
I am facing an issue with my Yahoo account. Even though I remember my username and password, I have not accessed my email in 8 years. During the period of 2[redacted], I resided and studied in Cyprus, where I used my Yahoo mail. Upon returning to Iran, I have been unsuccessful in accessing my account despite numerous attempts. The challenge lies in the fact that my recovery phone number is a Cyprus number that is no longer accessible in Iran, and my recovery email, [redacted], is not recognized by Hotmail. Consequently, I am unable to receive the verification code that Yahoo sends to either my recovery phone or email. Your assistance in recovering my account is greatly appreciated.
I anticipate your response.
Sincerely,
Laleh H.

I'm Mita Catalin Costel. I'm currently facing an issue with accessing my email. Originally registering in Italy, I created my account [redacted] and linked it with the phone number [redacted][redacted] of that time. Residing in the UK for a year now, I had to change my phone due to damage, making it impossible to access my email as I had set up a security key. I am Mita Catalin Costel, and I am unable to access my email address. The issue began when I lived in Italy and opened the email address [redacted], linking it to phone number [redacted][redacted]. I did not have an alternative or recovery email address at that time. I have since moved to the UK, and after changing my phone due to damage, I cannot access my email because of an activated security key. I only have the phone number mentioned above for account recovery, but it has been deactivated for about a year. I am unsure what steps to take next. I can be reached at my secondary email address [redacted] for further assistance. Thank you in advance for your help.

I can access my Yahoo mail account with my username and password, but it's prompting me to use a recovery email I no longer have access to. This particular email is crucial to me because it holds important emails from my late father. I have never changed my password or canceled the account so I'm unsure why I can't access it through alternative means other than the recovery email. I'm open to providing any proof of identity necessary.
