I've been experiencing an issue where many of the emails I receive regularly are being sent to my spam folder instead of my inbox. Specifically, emails from Vindale Research, a survey company, and even some messages from my local church are getting marked as spam. I have been using AT&T Yahoo Mail as my internet service provider for 11 years, and this problem has never occurred before. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me resolve this issue or provide instructions on how to fix it. Thank you.

On October 11th, [redacted], I discovered that my Yahoo account, [redacted], was hacked as I was unable to access it. The hacker changed the password, and I do not have a recovery mobile number. The password prior to the hacking was Dimeva!1. I need assistance in recovering access to my account. The hacker also compromised my Moodle site on Gnomio, but with the help of their support team, I was able to regain access to my site as an administrator.

I made my Yahoo email address over a decade ago when I was young, but I haven't used it in years. I've been locked out of my account because I can't access the recovery email linked to it, and I didn't set up any security questions for verification. My Yahoo is connected to my Microsoft account, and I need to update the email associated with it to remove the old Yahoo address.

I require a printed copy of my CURRENT CONTACTS LIST. I am now 70 years old and have Circle Dyslexia. My eyesight issue is worsening, so I need a physical copy to mark contacts for my assistant to update on the computer. I've done this before with the old Yahoo contact list and believe there must be a way to print the new Yahoo CONTACT LIST. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Jan.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my email account as I have forgotten my password. Yahoo's suggested recovery options are using two outdated phone numbers that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, my current phone is broken and needs to be reset, making it impossible to receive a verification email from Apple. Despite knowing the old phone numbers linked to my Yahoo account, I failed to update them. I have not been prompted to answer any security questions during this process. The only option provided is sending a code to my old phone numbers, including [redacted], which is impractical. I am in need of alternative methods to regain access to my email.

Hello, I created a Yahoo account when I was in elementary school, but I have forgotten the password since it's been a long time since I last used it. I tried resetting it, but it redirected me to a backup account that belongs to an old friend, whom I no longer have access to. I asked my friend to reset it, but she also doesn't remember her account password, which isn't surprising as we created these accounts as kids. Resetting the password for this account is crucial for me because it is linked to various things I currently use, like social media accounts and games.

Hello, I have been unable to access my Yahoo account for over four years now because I have lost both the restore number and the restore account. The number was changed, and the restore email was created as a secondary email accessible only by the primary email ([redacted]), which I can no longer access. It would be a great help to me if I could access my email. I am available 24/7. Thank you, Mbah Malise Ntimbi

After owning an iPhone that got damaged and switching to an Android that also got damaged, my information somehow transferred to the Android. When I received a different iPhone and exchanged phones with my husband, our information mixed up. Unfortunately, I can no longer access my email and other accounts because of this situation. This issue is hindering me from applying for jobs as our information is combined in all accounts. I have unwittingly ended up with two accounts on Yahoo and cannot access either, along with other accounts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I try to sort out this confusion. Thank you for your help. - Audrey

I'm having trouble accessing my Yahoo account due to unusual activity. I haven't used this email in years, and it's prompting me to recover it through my mother's account, which we can't access due to a forgotten password. This has created a loop where I can't access either account. I need help to open my account as there are important emails in it. My Yahoo email is [redacted]

I am unable to access my Yahoo account as I have not used it in 10 years. I believe I am typing in the correct password, but I am unsure if the account has been deactivated due to its inactivity. I require access to this email as it is linked to my Facebook account, which I am also locked out of because I have forgotten the password and my kids have removed the Facebook app from my phone. I have been trying to locate a contact number for Yahoo support without success. Can anyone please offer assistance with this issue?

Hello, I am experiencing a problem with my Yahoo email accounts. I have one email with the domain yahoo.com and another with yahoo.de, the German version. When I log in, I can only access the yahoo.com emails and cannot see any from yahoo.de. This is concerning because I need to access the yahoo.de account for other platform registrations. How can I resolve this issue so I can access both accounts? I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Hello, I am a French user with a Yahoo account. I am having trouble logging in because I had linked my account to an old phone number that I no longer use. Despite entering the correct email address and password, I am prompted to enter a code sent to my old phone number. Since I have a new phone number now, I would like to remove this security measure from my account or update it with my current phone number for account recovery. Thank you for your assistance. - Elouan Thomas

I've been locked out of my 20-year-old account because I forgot my original password, and the process to reset it is unclear. Despite trying different new passwords, I couldn't get in as I never had a backup email or updated my phone number, which has changed over the years. The help service I called did not assist me effectively, leaving me stuck in a loop trying to access my old account for important contacts. Although I managed to open a new account easily, I need assistance in recovering access to my old one. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I'm frustrated as I've had an account for 20 years that I can't access because I forgot my password and the recovery phone number on file is incorrect. I was never informed by Yahoo to update my phone number or provide a backup email, leaving me locked out of my original account. I had to create a new account, but I really need access to my old one to retrieve my contacts. Can someone assist me with recovering my old account?

I need assistance! My Yahoo inbox seems to have lost all emails prior to Thursdays, year [redacted] onward. Strangely, the emails have vanished only from my inbox, yet they are still in other mail folders. In response, I have changed my password, suspecting a hack. The issue persists across Safari on different computers. I seek guidance on remedying this breach.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email account. I had set up two-factor verification, but now that my husband and I are stationed overseas, I cannot use the United States phone number linked to my account. The alternative email address I had set up for verification was a hotmail account, which is now inactive. I have been using this email for over 16 years and have a lot of vital information saved in it. Moreover, I am unable to locate an international phone number to contact Yahoo.

I have a Yahoo email named '[redacted]' that was impacted by hackers in [redacted]. A friend created the account for me, but forgot the answers to the security questions as they were randomly entered and considered unimportant. Fortunately, I remember the first security question, but am unable to recall the second one, making it challenging to guess the answer among random letters on the keyboard. Unfortunately, I cannot add a phone number or another email for security verification. My email is old and still relies on security questions for access, which I have forgotten. My email is '[redacted]'. Malki, T.
