I've forgotten my password to one of my accounts. I've sent "forgotten password" and then it asks for an email. I've given the email address then you ask if you want me to send a code to that address. WHICH I CAN'T ACCESS.*Then you ask if I want you to send a code to a back up mobile number which has two digits missing. *That's an old number. I haven't got that phone any longer.*So I choose " don't know these digits"*So then you ask me for two digits of another OLD MOBILE NUMBER.*So I choose "don't know the digits" again. Then you ask if I have access to an email that LOOKS VERY SIMILAR TO MY BACK UP EMAIL ADDRESS, but it's missing a * and a * on it.*So I choose "haven't got access to that email address" then I'm back to square one. What a hopeless service. Absolute shite.
