I bought * pairs of the Xbox headphones with built in mic that were $** each. Each kid has there own xbox one and do a lot of online gaming. I have purchased both consoles, multiple controllers, games, xbox live subscriptions for both, so needless to say I have spent a lot of money with your company. One paid of the headphones works great while the other pair worked for less than a week. And you can't hear anything. If you move a certain way the sound barley comes on out of one ear piece so it sounds like there is a short or loose wire or something. I am upset because we bought these to upgrade from some less expensive headphones. (Which were a third of the price but still work great) I promised I would never buy another xbox itwm after I had multiple old consoles and they all ended up with the "red ring of death"...but the kids talked me into getting them xbox ones instead of a console from your comparator. With that being said how can I go about getting these headphones fixed. I was just gonna use the old ones and forget about it but the more I thought about them not even working for a week I decided to write and see if your company would be willing to do anything about this.
