A few years ago, I created an Xbox Live account with the email [redacted] and the gamer tag SoManyHotDogs. Unfortunately, I can't recall the password for that email, which I haven't used since creating the account. I have important progress on some games that I don't want to lose, so I need assistance transferring the account to my new email to regain access. I recently purchased an Xbox One S and unfortunately, the controller that came with it had a very loud vibration motor and the plastic on the back was separating from the controller itself. I deemed it defective and purchased an Elite controller instead. However, after roughly 10 hours of use over a week, the A button became stuck. I was able to unstick it, but now it doesn't work at all. I would appreciate a replacement controller or a full refund credited to my Xbox account. This level of quality is not acceptable to me.

I purchased my console approximately three years ago, and I haven't used it much for gaming until recently. Unfortunately, I've noticed a significant drift in the right joystick, making gaming very challenging. As a dedicated Xbox customer since the first console, I am disappointed by this issue. I have seen online reviews indicating that this problem might be due to the controller's build using low-quality parts. I am reluctant to invest another $60+ on a new controller. I am considering switching to Sony and will recommend the same to my acquaintances. It's disheartening that the company chose to compromise on quality, especially with a large number of loyal customers. I, too, will be exploring other options moving forward.

While playing Smite with a friend, we had a third teammate who refused to cooperate and threw the game when things didn't go his way. I messaged him expressing my disappointment, but after a back-and-forth, I ended up blocking him. Later, when I turned on my Xbox at 3:40 am, I received enforcement actions against me. I find this unfair as the team member causing issues claimed to be using a smurf account, making it seem like the action was mistakenly taken against me instead of him.

My account FurtivePizza36 has been hacked for the second time. This is the second occurrence on Modern Warfare 2, but this time I can't even access the game. Every time I try to play, it sends me to a map and then the game freezes. The presence of hackers on the platform has become a daily nuisance. I just want to enjoy my game without having to create a new account and lose all my hard-earned achievements, as I had to do the first time this happened. The reset led to the loss of all my achievements. I expected Xbox Live to provide better security measures.

I canceled my Xbox Live membership about 4 to 5 months ago, possibly even longer. However, every 6 months I receive statements from my bank showing that my checking account is still being charged $20 monthly. I went through the cancellation process, and as I have sold my Xbox, I no longer have the console. I urge for these unauthorized charges to cease immediately and for a full refund to be issued for the wrongful deductions. Thank you.

I recently purchased two brand new Xbox One games, but I am experiencing issues getting them to start. I was surprised to find that my Xbox One account was suspended for 14 days on February 7th. I didn't believe that I had violated any rules, so I was patiently waiting for the suspension to end. Unfortunately, I received another suspension notice today stating that I am now facing an additional 14-day suspension. I am perplexed as to how I managed to get another suspension while already serving one. My Xbox live GamerTag is "OffTopix."

We just bought an Xbox One X and are experiencing an error while trying to play Battlefront 2. The multiplayer feature isn't functioning correctly. My grandson received a message stating that his account may have been hacked and needs to be fixed, but we no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account. I need to update the phone number to receive the verification code to regain access to the game, but I can't recall the information used when the account was originally set up about 4-5 years ago. I reached out to Microsoft, but since I no longer use the email linked to the account, they couldn't verify my identity and provide assistance. I am concerned about resetting the console and losing all the data saved on it, including my grandson's progress and purchases. It's a stressful situation as a lot of money and time has been invested in the games on the console.

A while back, I accidentally got my dad's Xbox account banned when I changed his avatar color without realizing the consequences. I was just 10 years old then. I received a warning email from Xbox Live but in a rush, I deleted it before my dad could see it. A month later, he discovered the ban when I couldn't log in. Despite my attempts to appeal the ban, it was unsuccessful. I created a new account, but I miss the ability to access my games since they are linked to the banned account. Hello, I'm Rich Bowman, a custom Low Voltage Integrator. I'm working on a project for a customer where I've installed an AV Rack in his master bedroom closet with all his AV equipment, including an Xbox1. The Xbox1 is placed in this closet dedicated to his Theater Room, two rooms away but in a parallel position to the rack. Initially, there were no issues with the remote range, but the customer mentioned occasional disconnections. I'm looking for an expander to boost the wireless signal to the remotes. Can you advise on which technology the wireless remotes use? Is it Bluetooth, Zigbee, or Z-Wave? Alternatively, can they be WiFi-based to connect via the WAPs I've installed for strong WiFi signals everywhere? This is a new problem for me, and I appreciate any help. I encountered an issue when trying to purchase Xbox Live Gold for the $2 Valentine's Day sale. My Xbox notified me of a payment problem, stating my purchase was declined. After investigating, I discovered the decline was due to an overdue subscription for Xbox Live and the Game Pass, despite only having paid for a one-month subscription with a $[redacted] Visa gift card I received for Christmas in late December.
