The issue in GetHuman-rszim's own words
I have an original Xbox One (got it in ****) and last night I was playing a game and it shut off, black screen, no noise, just instant off. So, I got online and checked out what to do. I unplugged everything from the xbox, wall, etc. Did an "electric reset" or whatever it's called. I let everything sit unplugged overnight and tried again this morning to no avail. **Details:**When I press the turn off*on area I get the sound and the logo lights up.**I press the eject button and get the noise but nothing ejects (I have a disk in there). The xbox logo is not lit at this moment. **The lighted logo stays for about * seconds then will go black without making the 'off' noise. **I have tried a different power brick and it will still not work. **Misc. Details:**I just picked up a brand new *k tv and am not sure if the tv is trying to draw too much power from the xbox or the power brick. **The xbox has been telling me my games are corrupted and can not play, but after I cancel the text box prompt I am able to play the game.**Every-once in awhile my disk will not "catch" and hear a dull rubbing noise. **What I want to happen:**I would like someone to reach out and tell me what my options are. Is there some sort of reset I can do? I need to get a disk out of there as well, is there any way of going about that without completely destroying the console? I've heard this is a classic case of the xbox in a coma-like state but am not sure exactly what to do with it when it's like this. **I do know I may need to send it in to get serviced, but I am seeing if there are any solutions out there that I have yet to try. So whatever help I could get would be sweeeeet. I would really appreciate it.
