I have been unfairly reported by someone for standing up for myself. This is very important to me, and I don't want to be banned. I hope you can investigate because it's not fair that I may face a ban due to someone reporting my messages. During a game, a player left early, and I messaged them expressing how unfair it was. However, they threatened to report me and continued to do so. I defended myself by stating that Xbox should not ban me as I was only standing up for myself. The other player repeatedly reported me and taunted me. I am hoping for your assistance in looking into this matter as it is unjust that I may be banned.

I recently received a notification about my suspension from using this platform for communication, and I am interested in understanding the specific reason for this action. I typically use this platform to interact with my friends daily. Lately, I have noticed unfamiliar individuals initiating negative conversations with me, and I have reluctantly engaged in quick-witted exchanges. I usually refrain from starting confrontations unless provoked, for instance, in games like Rainbow Six where team killing occurs. I strive to remain within the boundaries established by others. I find it unreasonable to anticipate individuals to tolerate verbal abuse and threats. I kindly request clarification regarding my situation. My Xbox gamertag is OgOppenheimer, and I would be grateful for any assistance.

I encountered an issue trying to remove my card from my account, but it wasn't possible. Despite setting up a passkey, I was not prompted for it. While it's claimed that children can't access the account, my 3-year-old managed to incur nearly $[redacted] in charges for Fortnite coins, which were never utilized. Subsequently, an additional $[redacted] was spent on games I already owned, even after seeking assistance and being assured the problem was resolved. Upon reaching out for support, I was met with dismissiveness and told to deal with my bank, only to have conflicting information provided to them regarding a refund. My peers have moved to the PS4 platform, and unless some form of credit toward a desired game or a refund is provided, I am contemplating selling my three Xbox consoles and discontinuing all services. My extensive family will follow suit with the platform I choose, rendering the situation truly disappointing. Thank you.

I've just updated my Xbox One and encountered an issue. After successfully completing the initial update, the second update part, which involves the game restart, is causing my console to get stuck. I've attempted this three times today without any success. When I try to turn on my Xbox, it doesn't respond, and pressing the touch button only results in a strange noise. I even tried using a different power outlet in my house, but the problem persists during the second update phase. It's frustrating as it seems like the update has caused my Xbox to malfunction. I sought assistance from GameStop, but they couldn't provide a solution. I'm reluctant to reset my console due to this update problem, and I'm unsure how to proceed.

Someone is using my username and password to access my account from their Xbox. I attempted to change my password, but Microsoft is not allowing me to access my account as I did not answer enough security questions correctly. I am unable to receive text message codes on my phone to call customer service. When I tried to disconnect the gaming ID and create a new one, I faced difficulties due to suspicious activity on my account. Now, I am unable to enter the code sent to my phone as it is not receiving messages. I am worried that unauthorized purchases may occur, and I cannot access my account to resolve the issue.

I need assistance with signing into my Xbox account for Minecraft as I cannot access it since yesterday. I am currently using a computer that has never been connected to Xbox Live for Minecraft. Despite attempting to sign in, it fails to do so. Additionally, the Xbox app on my laptop is also malfunctioning. Initially, I suspected Mojang to be the issue but after experiencing the same problem with the Xbox app, it seems like an Xbox-related problem. Your prompt response would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have been locked out of my Xbox Live account for over a month now. I need you to remove the block. I understand why it was locked; I was trying to log into my Twitch Prime, and it was out, so I used my credit card to rebuy, but there were insufficient funds. I tried another card with the same result. Feeling frustrated, I entered my password incorrectly a few times before finally getting it right. After successfully logging in and playing, I turned off my console. The next day, I found myself locked out. I've encountered this issue before, and your team was able to quickly resolve it in under an hour. I've had my profile for over 9 years and would greatly appreciate being able to access it again. My profile hasn't been used on any other Xbox consoles. I would be grateful for your assistance, just like last time. Thank you for your reliable products and support.

I am requesting the removal of my communication ban by Xbox. The decision to ban communication due to messages of an inappropriate nature is concerning. The disclaimer in video games stating "Game Experience May Change During Online Play" encompasses a variety of possibilities, including the inability of the ESRB to rate online interactions due to the unpredictable nature of user-generated content. As messages are part of the online experience, they should not be subject to Xbox Live's Terms of Service. Xbox appears contradictory by utilizing an "urban dictionary" to monitor inappropriate comments and slurs, while allowing certain terms in gamertags that were not used in my messages. My messages were ambiguous, not containing explicit curses or slurs found in dictionaries. I urge Xbox to lift the communication ban, as it seems unjust compared to the allowance of certain terms in gamertags. If not resolved, I may need to escalate this issue further.

I am requesting the lifting of my communication ban on Xbox. It seems hypocritical that Xbox would ban communications for messages that were deemed inappropriate while acknowledging that the online gaming experience can vary and may involve unmoderated content. The messages sent are part of the online experience and should not be banned. Xbox's use of an "urban dictionary" for filtering is inconsistent, as it allows certain terms in gamertags that are similar to the ones I used in my messages. My messages were cryptic and did not contain explicit language found in dictionaries. I urge Xbox to reconsider the ban on my communication or face further action for alleged violations.

I have been using the Xbox profile gamertag LambertLand since [redacted]. I have all the purchase history and receipts sent to my email address [redacted] I have been trying for months to recover my account without success. Recently, when I tried to recover it using my email, it gave me access to a different gamertag, MacabreDrop40, which has no history. I also attempted to recover LambertLand using the "forgot password" option, but I no longer have the phone number associated with my account to receive the verification code. I've spent a lot of money on add-ons like Forza 5 and Xbox Live subscriptions, all documented in the receipts sent to my email. Please assist me in recovering my LambertLand gamertag as I'm eager to get back online.

I am attempting to make a purchase through a third-party Bill to Mobile account, connecting my Microsoft account to my Sprint phone number. I am trying to buy a game, but each time I try, it fails to complete the process. I have checked with Sprint, and they confirmed there are no restrictions on their end. The game seems to be downloaded, but it is not showing up in my account as licensed. I have already paid $60 for it. Could you please activate the license for Black Ops 4 on my Microsoft account? The game is fully downloaded, so I believe the payment should already be processed correctly.

I recently purchased a one-month Xbox Gold subscription for $9.99, which I was charged instantly. However, the next day I noticed an unexpected $1 charge on my account. I would like a refund for this charge as it was not communicated to me beforehand. I have been a loyal Xbox customer since the original console, and at the time of the purchase, I had just enough funds in my account to cover the $9.99. Unfortunately, the additional $1 charge caused me to overdraft, resulting in a $20 fee from my bank. To make things right, I kindly request a refund of the $1 charge or consideration for the total amount I had to pay, a total of $30.99 including fees, towards a three-month subscription with no extra charge. Thank you.

I received an American Express gift card from my uncle for my birthday, as I am turning 18 soon. However, my 12-year-old brother used the card without my permission to purchase NBA2k19, a game he wanted. I had planned to use the card to buy a different game. When I returned home after being out with friends, I noticed the game was downloading and realized my balance was significantly less than $[redacted]. I would like a refund of the full $[redacted] to my American Express card, TheNukethreat65, so I can purchase the items I originally wanted. Please inform me if this is feasible. Thank you.

I am frustrated with my kids constantly getting locked out of their accounts. I have had to create multiple accounts for them as the system struggles to verify their identities for password recovery. They are children and do not have email or credit card access. Despite being listed as my family in my account, it is challenging to recover their passwords. I believe there should be a more straightforward process for parents to assist in these situations, such as verifying their presence on the shared console. It's becoming costly and inconvenient to keep dealing with this issue, and I hope for a more efficient solution.

My eight-year-old grandson enjoys playing Xbox Live. Unfortunately, a 13-year-old friend reported him for inappropriate language after using foul language himself and calling my grandson names. This has resulted in a suspension for my grandson, who is known as Faze Fate [redacted] on the account. We have invested a significant amount, around $1,[redacted], into Fortnite. It seems unfair that my grandson can't communicate with his friends due to this situation. It's been a week already, with no end in sight, despite the circumstances surrounding the report. It's concerning that individuals can file reports out of spite, especially when instigating the inappropriate behavior themselves. Additionally, I've encountered grown men with offensive language on the platform, which I have had to address. I kindly request the suspension to be lifted promptly. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I have been unfairly banned due to harassment orchestrated by player xSLPx Cyanide, also known as TJ Bartels from Kent, Ohio, with the involvement of xSLPx Merfmania. I am desperate as the banning seems premeditated. On 11.11.18 from 1:00 a.m to 2:00 a.m, xSLPx Psymon invited me to a party where xSLPx Cyanide and xSLPx Merfmania were present. Cyanide admitted to unfairly targeting me, even though he initially denied it. Despite being banned repeatedly on different dates, I urge for a thorough investigation to prove my innocence. Being disabled, Xbox is my main source of social interaction, and I request detailed scrutiny of the situation to rectify this unjust treatment. Cyanide's manipulation and actions have caused me mental suffering, and I implore for a complete investigation into his conduct. The support team needs to look into the multiple reports against me in a short span and review my enforcement history to verify that this behavior is atypical for me. Cyanide's actions have drastically affected my Xbox experience, and I plead for appropriate actions to be taken against him to prevent further harm.

I have recently discovered fraudulent charges on my credit card from Microsoft Xbox. This isn't the first time this has happened, as I was previously told my card was removed from the system after the initial incident several months ago. To my dismay, another $[redacted] worth of charges has now appeared on my statement. During the time of these transactions, I was abroad due to my recent marriage, and my son, who has been disciplined for poor grades, hasn't even had access to the Xbox console, which is not present in our household. At the advice of my attorney, I kindly request that this time, you provide written confirmation on your official letterhead that my credit card details will be deleted from your system once the improper charges are refunded. I appreciate your prompt attention and assistance with this matter.
Thank you,
W.T.

I purchased Metal Gear Solid V and DLC on Xbox [redacted] from the Xbox store. After dealing with installation problems for more than 12 hours, the game finally started but had constant glitches and freezes, making it unplayable. Even after spending an additional 8 hours troubleshooting with no success, I requested a refund ([redacted]) for the game, which was denied. I am frustrated to have spent $40 on a game that is dysfunctional from your digital store. Research indicates that these issues are widespread, making me feel like I've been deceived financially. This experience has made me lose trust in the digital game store, and I am disappointed. Why is a faulty game still available for purchase, causing inconvenience to customers like me?
