Purchased a game * defiance **** * for the xbox* .Worked fine for a few days. Was told by trion worlds (game developer) if defiance **** was purchased ( $** ) many of the cosmetic items I had in defiance for the xbox*** would transfer over. This NEVER happened. There customer support is very lackluster and almost stand offish about handling any in game issues. Already had to contqct microsoft once to issue a refund on a transaction they faltered on. Well * days later there support emails me. I explain that I was fine with not making any more purchases till they got all there bugs fixed. Was basicallt told there shouldnt*wouldnt be any issues if I wanted to maybe try again. Like a fool I did..... this time the same thing as the last time happened. Things I bought with in game currency (bits) just dissapeared out of my inventory. I am aware some of the blame is on me for trying it again knowing I had issues before and knowing they never even came through on there initial promise to players of carrying over cosmetics. I was hoping there was some way I could just be reimbursed for the game since it still has connectivity issues and for the purchase I made August **-**th seeing as once again Trion dropped the ball and I never completely received what i paid for. I have spent good money on other games and never had these issues at this point im just hoping I can get a refund never play it again and learn from thisnrerrible experience from these developers. I wanted to also make you aware many other players have complained in game about the same issue.
