I would like to address an issue with unauthorized purchases. My service request number is [redacted]. My refund request was declined because I had previously received a courtesy refund. I was guided on setting a passkey on Xbox to prevent unauthorized purchases, but was not informed that it could be bypassed after three incorrect attempts if the email password is known. Consequently, my son managed to use a gift card and spend $37.82 on Fortnite without my knowledge. I believe these purchases were unauthorized even though I followed the given steps and my refund request was denied. It is crucial to ensure children cannot easily make in-game purchases, and as a responsible parent, I took the necessary precautions only to have them circumvented by my son.

I'm currently facing issues cancelling my Gold subscription on the Xbox.com website. The website instructs me to go to "Services and subscriptions," locate my subscription, and click "Payment & billing" then "Cancel." However, there is no option to cancel. After clicking "Stop recurring billing or cancel a subscription," it loops back to the same instructions without canceling the subscription. I have tried for about twenty minutes and have also attempted calling customer support, but have been unable to reach a human for assistance. My goal is to successfully cancel my Gold subscription.

I am experiencing an issue with my original Xbox One. Currently, when everything is connected, the power supply light remains solid orange without any blinking. After pressing the power button on the Xbox, there is no response, sound, or indication of power. I have double-checked all connections to ensure everything is secure. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps found online, but none have resolved the problem. Interestingly, this issue occurred in the past and resolved itself after being left unused for a year. However, after using it regularly for the past few weeks, the problem has resurfaced. I would appreciate prompt assistance regarding this matter. Thank you.

I purchased my Xbox One approximately three years ago using cash. Unfortunately, I do not have the receipt, box, or warranty. My original Xbox One is giving me trouble. The power supply light is a solid orange when everything is plugged in correctly, but when I press the power button on the console, there is no reaction or sound. I have verified that all connections are secure and have tried various troubleshooting methods from online sources without success. Interestingly, this issue occurred before, and after leaving it unused for a year, it worked again when I tried it three weeks ago. However, the problem has resurfaced tonight. I would appreciate assistance with this matter. Thank you.

I have been charged twice a month for Xbox Live and EA Games. This has caused overdraft fees of $41 for the $4.99 charges and $46 for the $9.99 charges, not to mention the previous $9.99 and $4.99 charges on the 6th. In total, your $15 charges have cost me $[redacted]. As a loyal supporter of Xbox, I am shocked to discover this issue. After a thorough investigation, I realized that these charges were the cause of my financial difficulties this month. I cannot access prior month's information to see how long this has been happening. For a quicker resolution, please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

Today, I performed a hard reset on my Xbox One, inadvertently deleting my email information for my primary account, which I can't recall now. After trying the "Forgot your account" option using my phone number [redacted] and managing to retrieve CJ*****@outlook.com, I find myself unable to remember the full email address. I have extensive knowledge of this account, having created it back in October [redacted]. I can provide details such as the three credit cards used on the account, with two still in use, the games downloaded on the account, my gamertag "ChKeJo" based on my initials, and even the password. Earlier today, I was playing Madden 16 before the hard reset. I only require the full email linked to the account to regain access. I am prepared to offer any necessary information to resolve this issue, including details about the Xbox One console I initially set up the account with. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulties with Armored Warfare. Despite spending a significant amount of money on the game, I faced issues with timed boosters and lost research points due to frequent disconnects. I activated boosters which expired prematurely, resulting in significant loss of in-game resources. I am extremely disappointed as these were purchased with real money. I have submitted three tickets to their customer support via the website over a week ago and have not received any response. While the recent game patch has improved stability, disconnects still occur. The lack of company response to my concerns about real-money purchases has left me feeling exploited. I am requesting a refund or credit for the amount spent on the game to address these ongoing problems.

I set up an Xbox Live account for a friend using my Xbox. I removed my card from the system, but I'm still being wrongly charged $24.99 every three months. I noticed an unauthorized charge of $10.99 for the past two months, causing me to overdraft. The Xbox unit is currently in a pawn shop. I agreed to a one-time charge, but it seems to have been mistaken for a monthly fee. I want this to cease immediately and request a refund for last month's charge. I own an Xbox One X, where the $24.99 fee is going. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

My account, associated with the email [redacted], has been temporarily suspended by Microsoft due to potential misuse. I am being asked to verify my account by providing a phone number to receive a verification code. Unfortunately, when I attempt to enter my phone number ([redacted]) to receive the code, I receive an error message stating "Usage limit exceeded. Try again tomorrow." This issue has persisted for the past three days. To seek support, I am required to log in, which I am unable to do at this time due to the suspension.

I would greatly appreciate an American representative to help me with better communication and clarity. I forgot my "Outlook" password and username to sign in to my Xbox Live account. This issue occurred less than 2 weeks ago on Wednesday, August 15th. My reference number is [redacted]. The representative, referred to as [redacted], was incredibly helpful, respectful, and efficient. She made the service call enjoyable, which was a first for me. She represented Microsoft and convinced me that not only is their console superior but so is their technical support. My gamertag is Hydrotexx, and I have an active 3-month Xbox Live membership. Please call me back at [redacted] to help resolve this matter. Microsoft, if you do, you will solidify yourself as my only console choice for life. Thank you.

I'm a 17-year-old trying to purchase vbucks for Fortnite using my debit card with money from my job and an Xbox gift card. My parents created a child account, so I need permission to buy things, which they can't grant because they forgot their password. I should be able to use my own money without needing permission. Can someone help fix this issue so I can make purchases on Xbox?

I've encountered a communication suspension due to frequent lagswitching, cheating, and disconnects on Xbox, ruining the gaming experience. Despite a 24-hour ban promised, I received a 26-hour suspension for criticizing a lagswitching player. The unfairness of punishing me for their cheating is frustrating. The code of conduct allowing reporting for gamertags, pics, and media seems biased. My gamertag, pic, and media are fine, and I play fairly without cheating. Experiencing game lag and being unable to use abilities properly feels like cheating. It's disheartening that cheaters go unpunished while I faced suspension. Xbox's policies seem unfair, and the ability to report for non-offensive content feels wrong. My suspension during a Dead by Daylight game feels unwarranted. The situation needs addressing for better gaming experiences on Xbox.

I am having trouble redeeming an Xbox Live three-month code from GameStop, but this is the second time I am facing this issue with two different codes provided. GameStop denied a refund and directed me to contact Xbox for assistance. It has been almost two months since the first unsuccessful redemption, and my son is disappointed as he cannot play Roblox. I have kept both receipts with the codes we entered on his Xbox One. I am struggling to find a resolution to this problem and hope to have the codes reimbursed on his console. I wonder if the codes were stolen through Wi-Fi or hacking since we possess them, yet they remain unredeemed.

I have been facing ongoing issues with my Live account. Despite resetting my password multiple times, the problem persists. Recently, I purchased a one-year subscription for Xbox Live Gold, but encountered more trouble accessing my account. I am now being charged monthly for a one-month subscription that I cannot utilize. I believe I should receive a refund for the unused portion of my yearly subscription and the monthly charges incurred. Furthermore, I would like to either regain access to my original account or transfer all content to my new account. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and as though I've been taken advantage of.

I was unexpectedly charged for a year's Xbox Live membership today without my approval. Concerned someone was misusing my credit card, I reported it to my credit card company, canceled my cards, and asked for an investigation. To my dismay, I found another year's membership charge from Xbox Live without consent. I had bought a year's membership a year ago without setting up any subscriptions or auto-pay, leading to confusion. Having my account charged without permission has caused unnecessary credit card stress. I'm requesting the unauthorized membership be canceled, and a refund for today's charge on 9/2/[redacted]. Thank you. My gamer tag is TeRRiFFy and my Xbox Live ID is [redacted]

My two sons have been facing challenges with another gamer on Xbox Live. The individual has been hacking children's accounts, getting them banned without cause, and engaging in cyberbullying. The content of his messages is highly inappropriate and offensive, including threats and profanity. This behavior has been ongoing for months and needs to be addressed. I closely supervise my kids' gaming activities, and I feel the need to protect them from this harmful interaction. The gamer tag in question is GungeonxXxGod. I am considering reaching out to the local authorities to address this issue promptly. Thank you in advance for your assistance in resolving this matter.

My grandson requested a 12-month Xbox Live Gold card for his birthday. Following his suggestion, I bought it from a website called CDKeys. Unfortunately, I later found out that this type of card is non-transferable. This information was not clearly provided on the website, leading to confusion. I paid £34 for a product that I can't use. Being a pensioner, this loss is significant for me. I discovered that getting a refund might be an option, which would allow me to repurchase the card under my grandson's name. If that's not possible, I'm seeking guidance on how to transfer the card to him.

I recently noticed two Xbox Live charges on my bank account statement, one for $25 and the other for $10, resulting in an overdraft. I realized that the charges were due to auto-renewal, as initially, my brother used my account more frequently. I had used my debit card a few months ago to pay for Microsoft points, not anticipating the auto-renewal. Subsequently, I was charged $10 for the past few months for playing online with friends. You can contact me at [redacted]. The debit card I used ends with [redacted].

Hello, I am Chelsie Marshall. My 7-year-old son plays Fortnite on his Xbox One regularly. We usually reward him with V-Bucks and Xbox Live twice a month. Lately, he has managed to make purchases without our knowledge. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law's credit card has been charged nearly a thousand dollars. We only discovered this yesterday, and we are unable to pay such a large amount at once as it would affect our mortgage payment. I am looking into the possibility of getting a refund for the purchases and having the items removed from the account. Additionally, I would like to remove the credit card information from the Xbox account to prevent this from happening again.

I encountered an issue with my Xbox Live Gold membership being suspended due to an enforcement situation that prevented me from paying using my Microsoft Points card. Despite attempts to pay and renew my membership, I am unable to do so, and my account remains suspended. It is my regular method of payment, and I am unsure why the auto-renewal did not go through as usual. As a loyal customer, I kindly request assistance in reactivating my account using the Microsoft Points balance I have available. I appreciate the Xbox team's support and value the service provided.
