I recently attempted to redeem 3 months of Xbox Live Gold for my Xbox One. However, upon entering the code, I was prompted to pay for it using PayPal or a credit card. I thought the card might not have been activated properly, but after speaking with the pharmacy cashier where I bought it, I was informed that it was activated correctly and I should seek assistance elsewhere. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a refund or exchange for another card. I hope to resolve this issue as I do not want to lose $25. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. My Microsoft account email is [redacted]

I am inquiring about receiving a refund for the automatic renewal charges from last month and potentially this month on my live account. I intended to cancel my subscription before the charge occurred, but I was unable to do so due to a lack of phone access and limited internet at my current residence. I kindly request someone to contact me to discuss possible options for a refund. I am willing to provide any necessary information to review the account activity for assistance in processing the refund, as I have been unable to utilize my live account during this time. Thank you in advance for your help.

I encountered an issue with my Xbox Live profile pandabear197542. When trying to access Xbox Live, I received the message "some Xbox Live content is temporarily unavailable, please try again later" with the status code [redacted]B. Despite this, the social screen on the main home screen indicates that I am not connected to Xbox Live, preventing me from accessing any content. Furthermore, when I attempt to launch World of Tanks, the game initiates but fails to progress beyond the authentication stage. An error message "authentication failed" with code (E:42G00) appears, prompting me to contact technical support. After pressing "A" to continue, the game returns to the main screen. This issue has persisted for nearly three days. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Recently, after moving my Xbox [redacted] to a different TV, I encountered an issue. Although the system indicates it's connected to Xbox Live, I face problems with game updates, receiving error messages when trying to update games. Additionally, I'm unable to download any games or apps as the library appears empty, and error codes prevent downloads. Attempting to access settings leads to encountering more error codes. Previously, I was advised by customer support to stop system updates and follow a complex process involving a flash drive, which I currently lack. Despite these efforts, I am now unable to connect to Xbox Live using my account. This situation is frustrating, and I seek a second opinion on resolving these connectivity and update issues.

I am experiencing an issue as I have been locked out of my account. I was in the process of resolving it with Microsoft when I encountered an obstacle. I needed the digits of a phone number that was associated with a broken phone, but I had to get a new line and phone with a new number while my old one was still active. After switching the phone back to my original number, I found myself starting over on Forza 6 and Horizon 3. Although I formatted the Xbox and reset it, I want to retain all my add-ons, especially the ones I paid for like every car, the Blizzard Mountain, Hot Wheels, and additional cars. I am having trouble remembering my password, and with the controller sign-in, I struggled and unintentionally triggered the lockout after three incorrect attempts. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you for your help.

I purchased the Dark Souls Prepare to Die Edition years ago and never encountered any issues playing the included DLC. However, recently on my Xbox One, it displays as the standard copy of Dark Souls and prompts me to purchase the DLC separately, which is only accessible on Xbox.com or Xbox [redacted]. This change may be due to the remastered edition, but my primary concern is why I no longer have access to the DLC within the base game. The DLC file size already exceeds that of the base game, indicating it may still be included within the files. Is this an Xbox access problem? Kindly advise on how to restore my DLC access or provide a code for the DLC if possible. I am hesitant to pay $15 for DLC I already own. My Gamer tag is "Dufftron Prime". Thank you.

After consistently receiving XBox Live through monthly billing, I opted to not renew it two months ago, switching to a six-month Xbox Live Gold card instead. However, after only two weeks of enjoying the status, I was locked out of XBox Live due to an unpaid balance. Reluctantly, I paid the overdue amount to restore my subscription. To avoid this problem in the future, I canceled the recurring billing. Although I resumed my Live benefits, they were unexpectedly cut off on August 4th, well before my six months should have ended. When I tried to re-enter the card code, it was rejected. Now I'm questioning if I lost six months of XBox Live because of a minor payment hiccup.

My Xbox One was recently reset, and though my games are still on the console, I cannot access them. I can provide proof of purchase using my credit card and phone number. When I signed up, I only used a required Microsoft email, which I can't recall. However, you have my alternative email and credit card details on file. I believe someone in England with the same name might have my Microsoft email, but I lack evidence for this. My name is Brian Keene, and you can reach me at [redacted].

I've been unfairly banned from my account. My friend was giving away Xbox gift cards in a group chat and asked me to invite more people to explain how to claim a card. When one person mentioned owing $[redacted], I left, but both my friend "VFTO" and I were reported. Curiously, my friend got unbanned when he was the one involved in the money issue. I'm still banned and feel it's unjust. Please review my account history to confirm I didn't take money. I just want my account restored as I am innocent. I promise I didn't steal from anyone.

Hello, I haven't used my Xbox [redacted] in quite some time, and starting yesterday, I've been encountering issues trying to connect to my games. It seems that I must have created a Microsoft account around 4 years ago when I first got the Xbox, but I've completely forgotten the account details. I've attempted various methods found online to recover it without success. I had initially signed up for a free account instead of Xbox Live Gold, and currently, I don't want to subscribe to Gold, I simply want access to my profile to play games. This situation is frustrating because I can't play any games properly without access to my profile. I'm unsure if this is a ploy by Xbox to push users towards purchasing a new console or if it's an unexpected issue after all these years. It's perplexing how I was able to play and save progress on my profile just 3 months ago, and now I'm locked out. It seems unrealistic that Xbox would deactivate or make an account nonexistent after so many years. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. You can reach me in English or French via mobile [redacted] or email [redacted]. The profile name I use is: dreamster11 Regards, Nicolas Hatier

I am experiencing an issue with my Xbox One while playing Call of Duty: WWII. The game consistently crashes after about one full match, returning me to the home screen in the middle of the next match. I have attempted to resolve this by uninstalling and reinstalling the game, performing a hard restart, and clearing reserved space, but nothing seems to work. It's worth noting that when I initially purchased the game, it ran smoothly for the first few months. After taking a break from playing and returning to it about a month ago, this issue started occurring. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in finding a solution to prevent these crashes and allow me to enjoy uninterrupted gameplay.

I am having trouble accessing my account. I forgot the password for the email associated with my Microsoft account, preventing me from accessing my Xbox profile and transferring my data to the Xbox One. My old account, "vestedtrash995," has been inactive for some time, and I have since created a new account, "ReverantDragon." I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my old account to retain my 20,[redacted] gamer score. Additionally, I would appreciate any information regarding whether it is possible to merge the data from my two accounts.

I am currently attempting to access my previous Xbox Live account, but unfortunately, I have forgotten the email password associated with it. I was quite young when I created the account, so the password could be anything. The phone number linked to the account is outdated, as I had to change it due to security reasons. I have been trying diligently for the past few weeks to recollect the password with no success. This account holds sentimental value as it was my very first Xbox Live account, and many cherished childhood memories are tied to it. Any assistance in recovering this account would be immensely appreciated. The old email linked to the account is [redacted], and the gamer tag is BigBoyJS.

I experienced being signed out of my account when I connected to the internet. I attempted to log in using my password but received an error, and I can't access my account offline either. Additionally, my cousin's account prompted him for a password even though he disabled this feature in the security settings. This issue has not occurred with my PlayStation 4. I am frustrated because I pay for Xbox Live Gold, and I need assistance in regaining access to my account. Please help me resolve this matter, whether it involves changing my password or any other necessary steps to regain account access. Thank you.

I need help canceling my subscription. I tried to update my payment method on my Xbox, but it keeps giving me an error message with my new card details. It seems like my old card, which I no longer have, is still linked to the membership. I am unsure if this is causing the issue with adding a new card, and I am unable to proceed.

I recently bought a game, "Defiance [redacted]," for Xbox One, and initially had issues with transferring cosmetic items as promised by the game developer, Trion Worlds. Their customer support has been unhelpful and dismissive. After experiencing a problem with in-game purchases vanishing, I reached out to Microsoft for a refund. Despite being assured that the issues were resolved, the same problem occurred again. I am disappointed in the lack of follow-through on their promises and the ongoing connectivity issues with the game. I am seeking a refund for my purchase made on August 13-14 due to the unsatisfactory experience. Numerous players have also reported similar issues with the game.

We recently purchased 2 Xbox One X consoles and encountered an issue while setting up one of them. During the update process, we received a message indicating no internet connection with options to retry the update, check the connection, or restart the system. Despite attempting these options, the problem persisted. When trying to restart the system, the screen went blank, the Xbox light flashed, and even after waiting for over 5 minutes, the system did not respond. After unplugging the system for 30 minutes, it still would not power back on, showing only a light with no signal to the TV. Additionally, our other systems are also unable to sign in since this incident. While our Wi-Fi connection seems stable, we are facing difficulties with signing into Xbox on all systems and one of the new consoles remains non-functional.

A person on Roblox has been trying to repeatedly get my eight-year-old son to give him his login information. I am not sure what this guy is up to, but I have all the information and copies of the text messages exchanged in the game. I am very unhappy with this situation and would like someone to contact me back. My number is [redacted]. My son informed him that he would have to wait until I got home, but the person persisted and even after my son told him he had spoken with me, the person continued to ask for the information. I am concerned about what this individual is trying to steal, whether it is my credit card information, Xbox account, or other belongings. I need this person to be reported, and I have repeatedly reported him with all the information I have.

I purchased a Microsoft card for my son at the Speedway gas station today, but he accidentally grabbed an Xbox Live Card instead of an Xbox Gift Card. Unfortunately, both the gas station and Microsoft do not offer refunds for these cards. I am reaching out to Microsoft Support to see if there is a way to exchange the Xbox Live card for Xbox currency for my son's Xbox One. We already have Xbox Live and do not need the card we paid $9.99 for. I would appreciate a phone call back to help resolve this issue without escalating it further. Thank you, A. Staten

My 12-year-old son has autism spectrum disorder and mistakenly used my bank card to make purchases on his Xbox1s, totaling about £[redacted]. Despite my son's condition making it hard for him to grasp the consequences of his actions, his unauthorized transactions have severely impacted my finances. This incident marks the third time this has occurred, leaving me short on funds saved for a new tumble dryer and essential bills. As a single mother, every penny is crucial, and I am struggling after this loss. I am aware that the policy allows for refunds once a year, and I have reached out previously by phone. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund considering the financial strain this has caused. Please review this matter as promptly as possible, as the situation is urgent. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Miss J Gale
