SOS! HELP PLEASE! We own Our GoDaddy.com and our Word Press.com. We have cc proof, all our Go Daddy number, but as to this morning, our x-manager has not forwarded our Word Press stats. We can prove by email, last four digit credit card, bank statements, the fact we have been logging on the past hear with same faithful password. We had this website built for us. The web builder has all the transaction, activation and authentication codes. The builder has had some life altering events and is unable to continue. For other serious reasons, we had to his end service He is not answering his phone. Our Word Press Webiste is at serious high risk.**When we tried to reset the password and clicked to send a code to be able to reset the password the code goes to x-website manager not email not mine. Our password has worked faithfully for * year. This afternoon this morning logged our Word Press*admin*photo gallery with no issue, few hours accessed Word Press*admin*users to delete x-manager address and enter *****@***.com. Can not longer access . Totally locked out... not getting your password change notice being sent to our x-manager. This morning went into Word Press*admin photogallery. This afternoon we were in Word Press*admin*users to change x-manager email. Refer to think it was us, but x-manager provided us info, nothing we requested past and today not answering phone. Sent message to Word Press **PLEASE HELP!
