A costly waste of time - spoke to Wizz, at GBP *.** a minute! - agent could not understand why I had a problem. I could have sent her a snip of web page but it seems there is no other means of contact. Will not now be going to Vilnius. Pity.

They could at least email me - but how do I get my email address to them? This was on same page as mobile phone no and was not accepted.
This was my first. I am a regular Ryanair traveller, and despite their reputation I am at least able to talk to someone. I guess I will never fly Wizz as my phone number does not meet with their approval.
No. Have given up idea. Still no response, so will look for some other trip (not on Wizz!)
