We have booked three round-trip flights using reference KJGQSD. The outbound trip has been completed. Unfortunately, passenger I. Myers will not be on the return trip as he is already in Warsaw using Wizz Air with reference RH6YXM.
He needs to book a flight from Warsaw to Luton next week. Is it feasible to modify his existing flight?
Additionally, his ticket under reference KJGQSD includes a carry-on bag. If changing the flight isn't possible, can the other two passengers use his carry-on allowance instead? We would be grateful for that adjustment since the ticket has already been purchased.

I wanted to share the confirmation of my canceled flight with you. The reference number is PEZLXF. I have been in touch with wizz customer service via email about receiving a refund of [redacted].97 EUR (the original payment made to Wizz air) that was mistakenly transferred to Wizz Account no [redacted]. However, my correct Wizz Account number is [redacted], which I obtained when I signed up on wizzair.com. Could you please clarify this discrepancy and ensure the refund is processed back to my original payment method, be it my credit card or bank account.
I faced challenges navigating the website while trying to convert Wizz credit to my credit card and also did not receive any responses to my previous emails on this matter.

I made a flight reservation on the official website and selected the WizzAir extra booking options for seat selection and baggage. Despite paying the full amount with my Debit Card, I now see a message when checking my reservation indicating that €36.00 is still outstanding (confirmation code: JKJEYQ). The message states that unless the payment is completed, my itinerary won't be issued, I can't check in online or at the airport, and my carriage might be refused. This is confusing as I was under the impression everything was included in the initial payment. I have limited contact options with the company, and this situation is making me uneasy.

Hello,
I wanted to inform you that recently the flight TF9SFC on October 18th from Tel Aviv to Naples has been canceled. Since we had also scheduled a connecting flight (DHIB2T from Naples to Tirana on the same date), along with the return flights (KLT7HK from Tirana to Bucharest on November 1st, and OHBJNZ from Bucharest to Tel Aviv on November 2nd), we will need to cancel these flights too. Due to the initial cancellation, we are unable to utilize these subsequent flights. Can you please help us with the process of canceling these additional flights as well? Thank you.

I learned that my flight to Tel Aviv was cancelled because of the ongoing war. I requested a refund, and the airline informed me that they processed the refund as a credit. Hello, I recently arrived in Barcelona and was informed by the Wizz Air representative that there was a strike causing a miscommunication resulting in our luggage being hidden. Among the missing items is my necessary medication, which is not easily replaceable in Spain, and I am also without any spare clothes. It has been four days since the incident, and while some passengers have located their belongings in another country, my luggage remains missing along with my medication. I am considering taking legal action against the airline for this situation.

Our experience with your company was a nightmare. We traveled from Stockholm Arlanda to Gdansk and were unexpectedly charged around 1100kr for a late check-in. On the return flight to Stockholm, we faced a 2-hour delay followed by a cancellation, pushing our journey to the next day. The customer service we encountered was appalling - a staff member was rude, yelling, and making racist remarks. This behavior was distressing. The replacement flight provided made me miss work in Sweden, causing financial loss. The hotel arranged was too far and had us out in the cold for 6 hours due to conflicting booking dates. Despite numerous attempts, contacting WIZZair has been futile, with expensive phone charges adding up. I am seeking a full refund for the flight, hotel, food, taxi, and lost wages. If not resolved within a month, legal action will be pursued. This level of service is unacceptable and requires immediate attention from your company.

Hello, I am wondering how I can receive 5% back in Wizzair credits for my booking. I purchased flight tickets and was redirected to the Booking.com website. There, I saw a message stating that Wizzair Credit would be given by Wizz Air 64 days after check-out, and that I needed to provide my loyalty information during or after booking. Our Barcelona to Wroclaw flight, number [redacted], originally on the 28th of December at 10 am got canceled. Wizz Air then rebooked us for a flight on the 30th of December at 12:30 am. Unfortunately, it seems the flight has been rescheduled again, and we are unsure of the new timing. The hotel provided by Wizz Air for us was until the 29th of December, and now we find ourselves without accommodation in Barcelona. We urgently need updated information about the rescheduled flight as we are currently stranded without a place to stay.
