Ordered a bluetooth surround sound speaker bar from WISH*HOME and the online tracking states that it was delivered Jan **, **** @ *:**pm to my back door that was "signed" for but I have yet to even receive anything. I contacted WISH*HOME right away and still have yet to get any help regarding this issue. I also contacted the shipping company and they said to have WISH*HOME start a dispute with them as I never received this item and that WISH*HOME out of Hong Kong paid DHL EXPRESS (The shipping company) to deliver the item. I've tried MANY MANY MANY times the past ** days to get threw to WISH*HOME to do this or even help me regarding this issue and yet ** days later and NO HELP!? ALL it says online WISH*HOME is that they "closed" my case?? WTF?? I would really like to get my item or at least my money back ASAP!!
