I cancelled an order of * items within ** mins. I made a mistake. It was cancelled per my online request. The following day I realized that they only cancelled ONE of the * items. It is unclear as to weather the items have actually been mailed. My last message was to not send out. I have contacted them more one time through thier website customer support. I said I did not intend to place the order. There responses made no sense. I’m not sure they even read messages sent. I asked for an immediate refund as the mistake was on thier end since I followed their protocol. They only talk*about returning of the items. I should not bear that responsibility. There is no customer service behind their claim the “we have your back”. They messed up and are failing to acknowledge and refund my money.
