i was trying to buy a smartphone on Wish as a trusted company ... hello*my name is Delphine nikokuri ,i live in canada ,montreal ,i odered an item then i was that it will come on ** Nov ,after that,when the day arrived ,my order was delayed and posted on * dec ,when the day arrived they say that my order was estimated and they cancelled my order **so please i would like to get my items i ordered as i recommanded as soon as possible
im sorry to say this but ,if they are gonna keep doing this, they are really going to loose more customers,they have to announce the real date of the arrival not always changing dates.in some other words they have to keep there promises
i would like to have my item as recommended as soon as possible please,because i have waited for that item for so long
i expected to have my item as i recommended because i didnt buy this item for free
yeah i tried to contact the contact supporter couldnt help
