I placed * order for * pairs of shoes on October **th. I turned in a request for a refund on both pairs. I received a credit for $**.** on **-** for the *st pair but I'm having the toughest time getting a confirmation that my *nd pair is processing through the system for the refund. The order was for $**.** and I have been refunded for * pair only at $**.**. Can you PLEASE tell me if there is an order in process to refund the *nd pair of shoes.
