My issue is I did not request an item that my account has been charged for in the amount of $***.** total charges. I did not request this item nor do I want it. I want my money refunded to my bank account asap. send refund to Citizens Bank, ending in **** debit Visa. You may then close my account afterwards since I no longer wish to do business with your company. On a previous order I never recieved all packages in my order I have contacted your office several times and that issue still not resolved but you have my money for the entire order. At this point I want my $***.** refunded to my bank account as soon as possible.
