I have made an order on Aug *,**** and I have given the order * months to get to me since the first time I informed that my package didn’t arrive it requested I wait longer (** days), to this day I STILL don’t have my order and now I get a massage saying I can’t even get a refund. I don’t know why this happened, I know the address I put down is correct. I want what I purchased!! I want someone to contact me so I can have an explanation and a solution.**Thank you
