I want to receive a statement. I want all late fees dropped because I did not receive a bill! I want only my bill for Internet to show on it. ... I have only Windstream Internet. We had the dish and phone, etc. disconnected last month. I can't find anyone to speak to regarding my account. The person that I spoke to was in the Carribean. I have not received a bill since the one I paid on April *. He said I had late fees??? and still owed more. I know that I have a credit of $**.** with Dish. I haven't even received a bill with Windstream since the changes. I should not owe any late fees.
