My Refrigerator is a Model: **WRS *** FDAM ***Serial *:**HR ** ** ** **.*(I brought it New from Lowes several years ago)*In the past * months the refrigerator side had become VERY WARM and the milk and other item has spoiled. I fully defrosted the unit and found that the "COLD-AIR PASSAGE FROM THE FREEZER (which is working very well) WAS FROZEN-UP.) a) How did this happen? b) How can I prevent this from happening in the future?**Thank you,**Thomas Kaufman*Port St Lucie, Fl *****
