I sent my sister $[redacted] from a Walgreens in Lake Mary, Florida. The Walgreens cashier showed me the transaction number on my receipt. I texted the number to my sister who later told me it was incorrect and couldn't be found by a Western Union agent. Despite being far away, I sent her another $[redacted], which she received. She mentioned contacting Western Union, who suggested getting a copy of the transaction number from Walgreens. Unfortunately, returning to the store is not feasible due to my distance. I hope my sister can access the transfer without needing the receipt since I am unable to retrieve it. Hello, Western Union, my name has been blocked by Western Union, and I am unable to receive transfers in my name through Western Union. My name is Ali Chahoud. It is restricted, and I want it unblocked as soon as possible. Every time I go to a Western Union branch to receive a transfer, they tell me, "Transaction is blocked. Contact your administrator." I have been using Western Union for many years. However, about a year ago, I tried to send money through a different agent affiliated with Western Union to benefit from lower fees. Unfortunately, the transaction did not go through due to being a new client at that location. I usually send money to relatives in Chile, friends in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Haiti to assist with their expenses. I am not a frequent sender. I am kindly requesting the unblocking of my account as I prefer using official Western Union locations. Hello, I have encountered a recurring issue when receiving transfers. Despite providing the transfer number as requested by the employee, I was informed that the transfer exists, yet during the process, I am told it has been returned. This problem has persisted, even though my received transfers do not exceed $[redacted]. The employee was unable to provide reasons for this issue. I purchased an $[redacted] money order from my nearest Western Union branch to send to my lawyer for a work permit application. Upon changing my plans, I tried to retrieve the money order only to receive back the receipt from my lawyer indicating it was cashed on November 10, [redacted]. I've been blocked by Western Union from sending or receiving transactions without any explanation or reason. I regularly send money to my son in Jamaica and occasionally to my mother. I was shocked, annoyed, and frustrated when I was informed that I could no longer use their services. I attempted to send money using Western Union. After some time, I received an email with a contact number to reach them. Despite numerous tries, all my calls were met with automated prompts, and I couldn't speak with a person. The transaction was eventually canceled by Western Union. Now, I urgently require the funds back, but they are still in possession of the money, and I am unable to reach a human representative. It appears that Western Union is intentionally avoiding direct contact and making it impossible for customers to communicate with them. The automated messages are not resolving my issue. I am in need of assistance.
