I have the honor to inform you that for some time now, almost two years, I have been unable to withdraw money via Western Union and I am unsure of the reason. Whenever a family member or someone close sends me money through Western Union, upon my arrival at the bank for the withdrawal, I am informed that the money has been sent back to the sender. This same response happens every time. I am reaching out to kindly ask for your assistance in understanding this issue and helping me resolve it so I can successfully withdraw money from my family and loved ones. Hello, I recently made a transaction with Western Union in Bahrain (NEC). Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding with the other party involved, I had to withdraw the money. Today, on the 20th of April, when I tried to do another transaction, I was informed that my card is blocked. I believe I have not done anything wrong to warrant being blocked. I have a friend who paid $6,[redacted] in cash at a Western Union in Lexington, KY on 4/29/[redacted] to send to me in Shelbyville, KY, but the tracking number is not valid. She went back on 4/30/[redacted], but the person who did the transaction did not come in today. She has the receipt and is very upset. This needs to be fixed immediately. I don't know if the employee took the money, but this situation needs to be resolved, or the police will need to be contacted. Please help.

I am encountering problems with receiving money via Western Union. I have the 10-digit MTCN number, but the employee at the counter insists on an 8-digit number. After trying to use the Western Union phone service, the automated system initially fails to locate the 10-digit number. Surprisingly, when I call from my own phone, the automated system is able to find the number and confirms that the funds are available for pickup. Upon returning to the store, I am directed to use the phone service once more. Unfortunately, the automated system once again claims it cannot locate the number, leaving me in this frustrating cycle.

I am Kevin Smith. About a month ago, I attempted to send money to my daughter's mother for child support. The Western Union branch informed me that I couldn't complete the transaction as the system required additional information. When I tried to receive money from my fiancée, I encountered the same issue. It's disheartening to face these obstacles as I regularly send money to support my daughter's needs. As a business owner in Jamaica, these restrictions make me feel like a criminal when all I want to do is provide for my child.

Hello Western Union family, I am Henry Nyumah from Liberia. I have been conducting business with a lady from South Korea named Kim Sook Ja, or Sook Ja Kim. I have sent a significant amount of money from Liberia to her; however, she is denying ever receiving the funds. I have informed her that I have indeed sent the money. I even encountered issues when trying to send money directly to her, so I resorted to using other individuals to facilitate the transfers. Notably, I am the sole individual in Liberia who sends money to her. She has taken legal action against me. Unfortunately, I have misplaced all my receipts and I am kindly requesting Western Union's assistance in retrieving the transaction details of all the payments sent from Liberia to her, Kim Sook Ja.

A friend of mine is attempting to send money to Lebanon, where he currently is. Before involving me, he tried using Western Union from an account he preferred not to transfer funds from. I have tried to do the transfer, but each time I receive an error code c2002. I have full funding in the accounts I am using for the transfer, and I have attempted this on three different accounts with no success. He mentioned that after his unsuccessful attempt, he can no longer make the transfer himself, prompting me to assist.

I am having trouble depositing a $[redacted] money order that I purchased at Food Lion with Western Union three hours ago. I have tried to mobile deposit it into my account at least 20 times, but it keeps saying the link is illegible. I contacted my bank, and they advised me to go to the bank to deposit it, but my bank is 45 minutes away, and I only have a bicycle. It seems like I am stuck, and I urgently need to get this money into the bank tonight.

I purchased two $40 money orders from Walmart in Sioux Falls, SD, which I unfortunately lost. I sent pictures of the receipts to request a refund from Western Union. I received refunds for $25 each after a $15 processing fee was deducted from each. When I tried to cash them, I was informed there is a stop payment on them. The person at the check-cashing place tried to verify them but faced difficulties due to the number issue. I haven't been successful in getting them cashed yet. I am in need of assistance from a Western Union representative to address this matter.

I purchased a Western Union money order to use for my storage payment, but I made a mistake by writing the wrong recipient's name on it. I still have the money order and would like to get a refund in order to pay for my storage. I attempted to request a refund online twice and was told they would contact me within a few weeks. Die Sperrung meines Kontos durch die Sicherheitsabteilung ist für mich unverständlich.
