I am retired and currently living in Istanbul, Turkey. I am 71 years old, while my wife is 64 years old, and our daughter is attending college. Due to medical conditions like high blood pressure and heart problems, I rely on medication. My wife received financial assistance from dear friends via Western Union to help with our expenses. However, today when I went to collect the transferred funds, I was surprised to find out that I am blocked. Despite the system showing that I can pick up the money, the authorities here in Istanbul claim that my name is blocked.

On August 1st, I sent my rent to my landlord as usual, but it got lost in transit after 8 years of smooth payments. She received the money order, deposited it, only for it to be canceled. I provided the filled-out receipt to your team before she cashed it. However, I have yet to receive the replacement check for $[redacted].00. I urgently need it to avoid late fees as I live on SSI. Despite multiple calls, the issue remains unresolved. Your immediate assistance is greatly appreciated.

I requested a photocopy of a money order I purchased, but the receiver never received it. I asked for an investigation and sent a $15 money order back in June. I was informed it would take about 30 days after they cashed the money order, but it's now September, and I haven't received any updates despite calling multiple times. I am frustrated by the lack of communication from Western Union regarding the status of my request.

My cousin attempted to send me $60, but when I tried to collect it, the transaction seemed successful until the very end. The money was visible, but I couldn't finalize the transaction as a message appeared stating I was under review. Upon another try, it stated the number was invalid and the money was refunded. I seek to resolve this issue as these are funds from family members assisting me.

Hello,
I sent €[redacted] via Western Union on 19/12/[redacted], but the recipient did not collect the amount (attached are the relevant documents).
After receiving a letter on 17/02/[redacted], I tried contacting your services multiple times to retrieve this amount.
I requested a refund online, but the MTCN number on my receipt is no longer valid (see attached screenshot).
Could you please provide me with a new MTCN so I can proceed with the refund request on your website?

I bought a $[redacted] money order for my rent, but the landlord claims they didn't receive it. I need to cancel it, get a refund, and perhaps get a search done since the bottom portion is missing. Is there a fax number to send the required paperwork and a phone number to inquire about paying the $30 for the search? The money order number is available as I got it at Kroger, and they provided me with a copy of the receipt.

I misplaced a five-dollar money order and I am struggling to follow the confusing online instructions on how to proceed. I have the receipt from when I purchased the money order, but the actual money order is missing. I want to ensure it hasn't been cashed and I am looking to cancel it. I've been attempting to resolve this since noticing it was gone right after leaving the store where I bought it. I purchased a $[redacted] money order on Sunday, November 5, with receipt number 1-[redacted]. Unfortunately, it went missing from my truck, either stolen while I was pumping gas or blown out of the window as I left the gas station. I have been attempting to resolve this since Sunday without success. Time is running out, and I urgently need to contact someone to have this matter resolved, refunded, or cancelled.

Dear Western Union team, I am having an issue with my frozen account which is causing difficulties with sending and receiving money. My relationship with a Ukrainian woman led to me sending her funds for travel expenses during the war. However, when she requested additional funds for a tax invoice, I declined leading to a rift in our relationship.
