I have been experiencing issues with loading funds onto my prepaid debit card from card.com. I loaded $[redacted] at my local supermarket, expecting the money to appear within 10 minutes as usual. However, after waiting for an hour, the funds were still not on my card. Despite contacting Western Union for a refund, I was informed that more time was needed for the transfer. My card company denied having the funds, while Western Union claimed they requested a refund that was denied by my bank. I have been told by multiple representatives that a refund is owed to me, but only the bill pay department can issue it for a bank transfer. The back and forth between Western Union, my bank, and card company has left me frustrated and desperate to have my money returned. Bank of America mistakenly sent my $[redacted] transfer to Washington DC instead of California through their Western Union Dept. This issue has been ongoing for months without resolution from either BofA or WU.
I am requesting that my funds be rerouted to the correct state of California, as per my original instructions to both companies.

I've been attempting for three weeks to send money to my fiancée in Ukraine, but each time it gets rejected, and I'm unsure why. I've encountered individuals trying to solicit money from me, leading me to file a fraud report with the Missouri attorney general. One claimed to be with the FTC, and the other claimed to be a government-appointed attorney. I'm concerned they might have filed a false claim against me.

For the past three days, I've been attempting to get a refund at the store. Each time, I'm instructed to call back in twenty minutes, yet when I do, they are still unable to issue my refund. The store seems to be facing challenges processing refunds. After contacting the western union agent, they are still unable to assist in refunding my money. Tomorrow will mark the fourth day of my attempt to retrieve the refund and I am feeling extremely frustrated. As I work full-time, I have only a one-hour lunch break to address this matter. However, the sender was informed that the transfer was not possible because my account is blocked, without providing a specific reason. I am unaware of the cause as I was not informed during my last visit to the Cumana office nor through email. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out via phone calls. In August [redacted], I requested a money order refund for my rent. Upon receiving the check, I attempted to cash it at Walmart. Unfortunately, the check was not made correctly, and the machine could not read it. Trying to mobile deposit to my Chime account was unsuccessful since they do not accept money orders. I marked the check for mobile deposit, rendering it unable to be cashed now. In October, I submitted a money order request to Western Union but have not received any updates. Good morning, I want to know if there is anything that can be done to solve my issue. It has been about two years now that I have been unable to collect money transfers. I was told I am blocked possibly due to receiving too many transfers. The reason for this is that my husband works in the United States and sends money because we have a baby ill with myelodysplasia (a type of bone marrow cancer) and 3 other children, so we have a lot of expenses. At first, I was told it could take up to a year to unblock me, but it has been 2 years now and I am still blocked. It is a real problem to ask my relatives to collect money for me and to see who has the time to do so. I wanted to see if there is a way to resolve this or if I will not be unblocked.

I purchased a Vanilla gift card from Rite Aid for $[redacted]. After using it for a $58.95 purchase, I had a remaining balance of $[redacted].96. I then tried to make a $[redacted] Western Union transfer, but the Assistant Manager at the store said it was voided without providing me a receipt or tracking number. When I contacted Vanilla gift card customer service, they informed me that $[redacted].59 was posted at Walmart on March 15, [redacted]. I recently received a call from someone claiming to be from a government office in Washington DC. They have informed me that I am eligible for a $9,[redacted] government grant. The caller provided a verification code and instructed me to go to a western union store. They want me to purchase a money card, load $[redacted] onto it, and then provide them with the verification code. The person on the phone shared their name and extension number and assured me they would guide me through the process at the store. They also mentioned a verification code from the Federal Reserve. I am now unsure if this call is a scam. Can someone please advise?

I am inquiring about a Western Union money transfer (MTCN: [redacted]) that I initiated on 2/01/[redacted] and subsequently canceled before the recipient picked it up. The records confirm the cancellation of this transfer. I, Georgea Johnson, used my HVCU debit card ending in [redacted] to send $[redacted].00 to Delroy Fairclough. Despite canceling the transfer, I have not received the refund from Western Union yet.
Despite multiple attempts via calls, emails, and social media, the responses from Western Union have been unsatisfactory. I have been given conflicting information, put on hold without resolution, and faced unhelpful representatives. The excuses ranged from claiming the money was returned to Western Union having no record of the transfer. I have persistently sought my refund, but as of 5/18/[redacted], I have not yet received it.
