Our flight was cancelled and we were not notified at all. We also need a full monetary refund not a credit for Westjet as we still need to fly the route we were trying to fly but Westjet are not flying that route any more. We have emailed multiple times and have waited on the phone line for over * hours. We have also tried the call back option but when we enter our phone number the system does not correctly recognise our phone number
