Here’s a catchy summary for you I am going to call the Better Business Bureau along with all social media websites that has any link to and explain exactly what has happened with only two times that I have attempted to purchase items from the company

I was simply trying to place an order for a washer as everything became a living nightmare again the second time that I have dealt with Your company ... I want to know how to contact the consumer complaint department at the corporate office. I am tired of getting the runaround and wrong information from many department customer service reps. I will be calling the BBB by in the morning if I haven’t had results in contacting them. I called to place an order because I had two different payment methods along with $*** gift certificate gift card given to me but Wayfare themselves due to a problem I had with the only other order I’ve ever placed with the company. I was attempting to buy a Samsung washing machine the representative named Elise told me that the color white was out of stock and champagne was all they had I told her that I did not want the champagne my dryer was white she kind of tried to push it on me and so I had picked out a different washer with less functions that I really did not want I was pressured for time and she told me that everything was selling out immediately So I made a real quick decision on when to purchase at four *** after getting off the phone with her I realize that people were still purchasing it and it was still in my cart as she said it was not available it was out of stock so I called back and spoke with a customer representative by the name of Jess She said the only thing that she could do would be refund me my money then order another one I did not have enough money to pay for the work you at the same time so I had to wait on the money to be refunded back to Both credit cards I change my email address my phone number because my phone has been hacked So I didn’t want to have to check the email that I had on your file. I originally thought I had a credit card to purchase it with the Wayfare but somehow or another I had two accounts linked under the same email address and I cannot find the Wayfair credit card but now it’s giving me the option to use a credit card again so I’m still confused about that situation she told me that I could speak to her again and come back on Thursday that I should have money back on base of my credit cards to make that purchase I didn’t get any emails or notifications in the new information that I had changed I just happen to have the old phone and checked the old email address and they were still sending it to my hacked emailThat was yesterday so I called back and I got a representative that said he was a senior account service representative Of course I had a whole ** minutes to get him and then he began to tell me that y’all had taken his rights away he cannot customer service his phone calls like he needed to because his managerial rights had been light he was very frustrated and complaining that he cannot do anything to help me I explain to him that the order was all mixed up this lady by the name of Jess told me I could speak to her I could not get a hold of her she told me she canceled the order it was not canceled they only refunded me my money for the three-year warranty then she told me that I would have to wait to place another order and nothing was left to where the gentleman could understand it or if he could he didn’t understand it so he did not know what to do I wanted to do is place an order for a new washer being a different Samsung the one that was not out of stock after I was told it wasn’t available he stabbed me and told me he did not know what to do he could not help me then he got off the phone came back and was still frustrated and saying his computer was slow he wanted to make sure I was refunded my money I had already received an email saying that it wasn’t going to go through that and be taken off of the cards but the $** was and it was resend it so he attempted to go ahead and put through the schedule for the delivery and the wrong washer as I explained to him it had been canceled he said it had not been canceled however he was still attempting to have it sent to me so I told him go ahead and get $*** credit that I have been given from Wayfare back on my account and I would probably not be purchasing the washer from them because she was supposed to have given me the same price as a memorial day sales for that washer and he was telling me that the sale is going to end and I would not be able to get that price he told me he would understand if I did not want to place my order through Wayfare as I explain to him the only reason that I did is because y’all have the quickest delivery and I like the idea of Samsung delivering it He told me to make sure the money was responding to my cards even though they had not been taking the money off of I want to place the order for the washer that I wanted he told me to call back like Friday make sure the money was on there and place it then the whole idea of ordering through Wayfare after such a nightmare of an experience I had the only other time I purchased anything from that company it was a bedframe in king size that I was Out of stock also only to find that it was not out of stock the next day I was tired of getting them out around so I left it alone and took the one they sent which was nice and when I order in place of it that is why I had $*** credit from the store the sole purpose of ordering through Wayfare was because I could get it quicker and my washer is broken I have five dogs husband works I need my washer so then he attempted to tell me that it was only guesstimated or an estimate as to when they can deliver anyways I told him thatThe first time I placed the order it was not correct I was told a lie about the stock so I did not feel that I should be had held up and not get my washer as soon as possible I asked if I could go ahead and place the order he said no I told him I was finished dealing with my fair possibly that I was going to decide and get back with them because $*** is not worth the headache that you all have given me I have every intention to call the Better Business Bureau he offered for me to speak to a supervisor said he did not want me to and asked me what my problem was with his customer service I explained to him he was not a problem The first representative by the name of Elise is the one causing the whole problem because it was not out of stock if they have been placed in right to begin with this would not be happening he did not understand he did not care soooo after the nightmare of taking two months to get a frame for bed the last time and then this time the same issues I have every intention to report a claim to the Better Business Bureau unless I can get some satisfactory all I want is a washer the one that I wanted and is still in stock I wanted It as fast as possible I do not have the money to pay for two and then be refunded the only difference in the price was $*** I do not understand why they could not keep the money they had already charged me for and just add another hundred to it I was told it was not done that way so I am again the one that has the issue without a washer and no one to help no one that cares except Jess she didn’t care but no lights were left I still could not get back with her this has been a nightmare since the day I ever called Wayfare and I had every intention to inform everybody that I can ban on social media the fax that has happened in the result of me using The company Wayfare
They do not realize that they are rude some of them others are very nice but no one clarifies anything so that the next representative can understand it it’s always a next time and it’s always misinformed information and never anything accurate it’s toll when I went to place my order the only two times I have attempted to purchase From the company
I definitely am a good customer because I would spend a lot of money out of my pocket not even financing it but I have no intention to deal with Wayfair ever again I don’t know what exactly will be satisfactory I do not ask for anything for free but I will not except this kind of professionalism it is so far from professional that it’s not acceptable

The only way I would want it resolved is to get the washer that I won’t have it here as soon as possible in the eighth was supposed to be the day I can give a day or two and I also found that I didn’t have a Wayfair credit card on a different account after being jerked around with two email addresses the same email address in two different accounts I want to wash her that I wanted and if you are can find a way to make me happy then I will not report you to the Better Business Bureau but if not I will be calling them by name today I have all the representatives name is that I talk to you I have chats that I have saved the transcripts and I have everything I need to prove my case

The product that I wanted was a Samsung *.* front load washer with staying at *:** the one that was supposed to be canceled because I was rushed into placing an order on the phone but Elise was one at *:** without steam also a Samsung
