I ordered a mattress that was due to arrive today. After calling earlier, they confirmed my order. Since it did not arrive yet, I tried my account. It states that I have “no orders”!!! I’ve tried over twelve time to reach by phone. It goes to the initial welcoming message, then after repeating this in Spanish, it goes to the busy signal. VERY FRUSTRATING !!!!

Call customer service ... I cannot connect by phone. After the initial message the phone goes into a busy signal! I order a mattress that was to be delivered today. When I went to my account it states “no orders” !!! I received an email confirmation and my credit card has been debited. I need a reply!
