I contacted customer support regarding the portable closets/armoires I purchased. The instructions were incomplete, and there were missing pieces needed for assembly. However, I haven't received the complete instructions or the missing parts. It has been over 30 days, and I am left with two items that I cannot use and no longer want due to the lack of support from Customer Support. If I had read more comments beforehand, I would have known about these issues with instructions and missing pieces/parts. Thank you for making me aware that quality customer service is not a priority with your company.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous envoyez de tels appareils au Québec où tout est branché sur du [redacted] volts. J'étais en vacances lorsque la personne l'a installé me l'a signalé. Malheureusement, je n'ai plus la boîte car je l'ai reçu il y a moins d'un mois. Avez-vous une solution à me proposer? Je ne peux pas le vendre car personne ne l'achèterait.

I purchased a sofa and electric fireplace from Wayfair recently. Unfortunately, the sofa had some issues - the fabric was bunched up on one side, and it turned out to be a regular sofa instead of a sofa bed. Wayfair kindly offered a discount of 25-30% and credited my account, which I appreciate. My daughter unintentionally did not address the sofa bed matter with them. Upon further research, I found the same sofa as a sofa bed for $[redacted] on "furnishyourlife.com," while Wayfair was selling it for $[redacted]. Though I preferred to stick with Wayfair, I overlooked that their sofa wasn't a sofa bed. I admit my mistake for not reading the description carefully. However, I really need a sofa bed and would like to know if there's anything Wayfair can do to assist me in this situation. I have pictures and descriptions to share with them for clarification. I made a purchase and wish to return the unopened package. Wayfarer is requesting $34.99 for shipping. The return charges were not disclosed on the order site, and I have never encountered return fees before. I was planning to create an account and buy 4 Parsons chairs but now I'm hesitant. What if I am dissatisfied with the chairs and need to return them? The potential return costs are unknown to me. As the return charges were not clearly outlined, I do not believe I should be required to pay them.

There has been a troubling experience related to the customer service phone number at Wayfair. An individual named "slats" and their partner, Richard, have been involved in a scam. When seeking information about a return, a representative named Kara claimed my Wayfair account was compromised. The situation led to a distressing request for personal identification, almost resulting in a loss of $[redacted]. Thankfully, my husband intervened and recovered the funds through Apple. To prevent further issues, I had to cancel my debit card and request a new one. This incident has understandably left me hesitant to make future purchases and inclined to caution others about Wayfair. It is crucial for Wayfair to enhance their security measures to safeguard customer information from malicious hackers.

Over the past year, I've made several purchases from your store. Recently, I ordered a 6-piece dining set with White Glove delivery but realized immediately that it was going to the wrong address. Despite multiple attempts to change the shipping address and contacting customer service, my order could not be canceled, and it was set to be delivered to the incorrect location. Additionally, learning that the set would be delivered in multiple shipments was confusing. Though I appreciated the assistance in crediting the cost of assembly, I was disappointed with this experience. I now have to arrange transport to the correct address and handle assembly myself. While the customer service representatives were helpful, I am frustrated with this situation and hesitant to make future purchases from Wayfair due to these issues. A complete set should ship together, and it should have been possible to update the address promptly.

I am requesting a refund of the $[redacted].00 shipping fees that were deducted from my payment for sideboard number [redacted], which I canceled. The product was never delivered to my address, so I did not have the opportunity to decide whether to keep it or return it. I am feeling incredibly frustrated. One month ago, I ordered a desk for my son, but unfortunately, it arrived without the necessary bolts to assemble it. I have reached out ten times to request these missing parts so my son can enjoy his desk, especially since someone is scheduled to build it for him this Sunday, based on the assurance that the parts would arrive on time. Sadly, the promised parts have yet to be received despite multiple interactions with various managers, and the overall customer service has been far from satisfactory. I am eager to see my son's desk finally put together, but regrettably, this disappointing experience has made me reconsider using Wayfair in the future. Despite being a loyal customer and recommending your website to many friends, I feel compelled to inform them of my recent unfavorable encounter.

I need to return a living room sectional to Wayfair, but they only offer return labels. I'm frustrated because I can't find boxes long enough for the sectional. It seems unreasonable to expect customers to locate such large boxes for returns. It's not like returning a pair of shoes - this is a significant piece of furniture. Wayfair should assist by providing suitable boxes for items like this, as it's difficult for customers to find such specific packaging.

I had a negative experience with Wayfair when I ordered a sectional sofa with chaise during their big sale promotion. Despite not cancelling my order, it was cancelled by the seller due to pricing issues. After numerous discussions with customer service and the seller, a new order was placed at the current market price with a promised refund for the price difference from my initial cancelled order. However, after receiving my order, I did not receive the refund as promised. Upon contacting Wayfair again, I was informed they do not refund money after the order is completed, leaving me feeling frustrated and misled. I expressed my concerns about returning the product and was met with limited assistance. I feel disappointed and unsure about the resolution process.

I have been a loyal customer of Wayfair for an extended period. Recently, I bought a nightstand with order number # [redacted] and received it on September 12. As it was a gift, I only began assembling it today, October 20, to find out it was missing sides. I am disappointed as I do not wish to keep it. Although I am aware of the 30-day return policy, I am just slightly over the time frame, and I believe an exception should be made due to the circumstance.

I am currently facing unfair treatment at Wayfair in Erlanger, Kentucky. The Canadian ambassador who trained me has been rude and disrespectful, not only to me but to other employees as well. There are instances of racism directed towards me and my colleagues. I have been working at Wayfair since August 3, [redacted], but have not received proper training. I feel rushed into my position without adequate preparation. When I sought assistance from the ambassador, she declined to help and displayed anger towards me. She also uses inappropriate language on the job. It is concerning when she reacts adversely to mistakes made by other employees. I would appreciate it if someone could address this matter. I recently bought a recliner from Wayfair.com, which unfortunately failed after just one year. After contacting Wayfair, they agreed to refund me for the chair. I then chose a more expensive recliner on their website. However, despite my payment for the second chair, I have yet to receive a refund for the original one. I have sent several letters and emails requesting the refund, even involving an attorney to help, but have been consistently ignored by Wayfair. As I do not plan to purchase from them in the future, I am not interested in store credit and simply want my money back for the faulty chair.

I bought a Cosmo package deal back in May, but unfortunately, they haven't been able to connect the dishwasher. The dishwasher is not working. I have reached out to Cosmo, but all I am getting is a runaround. They claim they don't have my email, yet they keep sending me emails asking for information. I have informed them that we connected the dishwasher three weeks ago, but the pump's motor does not pump the water out. The dishwasher is brand new, and we have never used it.
