I am very disappointed with the service that I received from Walmart.com. On April **th I (Order ********-******) a firepit and four chairs and received an email stating that it would all be delivered on April **th from Walmart. On April **th I called back in and was told that my order was still in the works and that I would be hearing from someone at XPOLogistics, and when I called them, they stated that they had not even received my order for delivery. Then I called back again on April **nd, and they requested a new set of chairs be ordered and sent out and I finally received a call today from XPO Logistics about my delivery today. My experience was terrible, and I ordered through your company because I was having a family gathering and you stated that you could have my items to me before the gathering. I will not order from your company again. Thank you! btw...my firepit arrived by FedEx on April **th, and WalMart still doesn't have a record of even sending me one.
