Waiting to hear how GetHuman-jnarend fixed the problem to share with other customers.
My recent order is received damaged item it's in store pick up. Which is very disappointed and waste of time due to the damaged item to return into store and stand in service center queues. Also when i return the service representative is not ready to return the gift coupon amount which i used my earlier coupon for this purchase. *Please help me better way to serve the customers rather creating problems.
I trust that WalMart will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
