On Friday, August **, ****, I ordered on line a Premium Extra Large Heavy Duty Folding Shopping Grocery Storage Cart Jumbo Size, price was $**.**. My Order No. was *******-******. I finally received it but when I did, it looked like it had been repackaged. The cart didn't come in a brand new box like something I would have purchased directly from Walmart. The box looked old and had been re-taped. I didn't have a real good feeling about the way it was packaged. However, I opened it up and it seemed like everything was there. The instruction sheet, the shopping cart itself, the little package of things to ***** on the wheels and there was one long iron rod. I knew from the way things had looked from the product that I had purchased that someone must have returned the item and sent it back out again but since I couldn't find anything wrong with it, I let it go. I knew that I wouldn't be able to assemble it so I got a handy man to look at it two weeks later. When he saw the instructions, he then asked me where was the other steel rod. He told me that there should have been two ( a long one that I did have and a short one that I didn't receive in the box) That's when it all clicked as to why I received the product in an old box that had been repackaged. When Walmart started allowing sellers to sell certain things through their on line service, that then opened up the doors for people who do order on line to be taken advantaged of. These sellers can sell something that you think you're getting from Walmart, all brand new and in good shape, when in fact you end up getting it through the seller themselves. They send you out something not always brand new and they get paid for it. Then when you try and contact them, it's so hard to get in touch with them even to just get your money back. Now, I called Walmart customer service last Friday, ******* and someone sounding like they were from India with a strong accent got on the phone and I explained to him my situation. He told me from what I could understand that he was going to contact the seller and have them reach out to me. I haven't heard back from the seller since and it's been over ** hours. I want to send this cart back and get my money back. I want something brand new with ALL the parts to it not most of the parts to it. Is that too much to ask after I paid for the product?? Doesn't any one want to get what they pay for?? However, I do not have the box anymore. I threw away that old run down looking box that it came in because I thought that I had all the pieces to the shopping cart. It turns out that I don't. So please tell me what I should do because I've got to tell you that sellers like that makes Walmart look bad!!!
