I order a blaupunkt car radio and speaker system with protection plan.After a couples month. The rear speaker was acting up.I call up your consumer service. They did a great job.Took my email and found all my purchase history in minute.Setup a replacement for the speaker.That fast.i found out the consumer service i call was from other country.Thank them on how fast they found my purchase.So about a month and half the radio went died.Thinking its was not the speaker but the radio.Call consumer service This time the one in the USA.Telling them the whole story.. Its was the radio that need replace and i return the speaker.Its took the lady about ** minute and two time to repeat my email. For her to found my purchase history.So i ask her for the purchase number.That i could keep them on file with me. For the next time.Maybe next time. i don't need them and could do this by myself.When asking for the second purchase order number.She start telling me She got to put me on hold.When i waited for her that lease over ** minute and two time asking me for my email. i didn't say anything but if i ask for my purchase number she going to put me on hold.We had to wait about ** min. Just start to talk someone in supervisor but she could get upset. Because i ask for my purchase number.So she could put me on hold.We all been their before hold then disconnect. and start this whole thing over again for ** minute.I ask to talk.To her supervisor.Now she can't put me on hold.Mr troy was having trouble tell me my purchase order number too.Get me upset.I know in not the first and not the last to get help like this.Telling him that all i want was the purchase number.But you start with your bull putting you on hold.Reading number fast.Like i say i hope you get the same bull in return as you give out..Walmart i don't know why you keep USA consumer service open.All they do there is **** people off.I hate losing job to other country but they don't **** people off there.Email a minute they got all my information.That how easy it was the first time calling them.So Mr troy when you standing in the unemployment line make should you nice a nice day.Thank you
