My bed frame came in mail with screws and bolts missing from the package, as well as one of the poles were cap piece was broken off. I also was charged $*** for assembly and the handy man was not able to do his job because of the bolts and *****. I tried to resolve this issues yesterday but was given the run around and was told that I needed to contact the manufacturer, which I shouldn’t be doing at all because Walmart should made sure I got all my things. Now I’m even more **** because my son is still Sleeping on the floor, my order didn’t come with everything it needed, and I couldn’t get it assembled and I just lost out on money. At this point I just want all my money back. I’m so done with Walmart’s bs. Can someone please contact me back at **********.
