I went to Walmart Friday the **th of October and I went to buy a Straight Talk prepaid service plan card and I there was two cards stuck together I did not notice this but when I got to the cash register the lady see that there were two of them and she scan them both and then I seen the total at the end of it all and I said no hay I only need one Straight Talk card so she grabbed them both and she scanned one and took it off of the charges and then she gave me back the wrong card the one that was activated was the one that she kept that she gave me the one that was not activated I didn't know this so when I got home I scratched off the pin in the back and try dialing it up and it told me invalid card so I was like wait what if I tried it again and it still said invalid card so I went back to Walmart the next day which was Saturday morning October **th **** and it was at the customer service cash register she told me instantly will we don't get refunds and she was very snotty about it and I said I don't want a refund I just want my car to work that I paid for and I have proof that I paid for it because I have the receipt and the other card with me that's non-active so she said I will get the manager she gets her manager over there looks at me and said the same thing but we don't give refunds you're not going to get another card and I said look at the numbers she did not give me the right card last night please just I need to get this fixed and she goes well let me go look at the videotape and I was like okay fine and once again she had a condescending demeanor about her and it was very very rude and it was hurtful and humiliating so I was sitting there waiting for her and she comes back and she says no I looked at the video tape and she gave you back the right card and I said no she didn't look at the receipt it doesn't match the one that's on the car right now so she did not and they were they wouldn't even look at the receipt not listening to me and they completely moot belittled me and told me that I was lying to their face so she got I said Okay I want to see your manager she got another manager to come and this lady okay let me go look at the tape and she was very snotty to me too so they came back about another * minutes later and they said no we would overtake she gave you the right card well lady didn't and they would not even look at my receipt they were just automatically dead set in their mind that I was trying to pull some kind of scam and she looked at me and she said you're not going to get a refund and you're not getting another car to hear you need to call Straight Talk and I said no you guys need to fix this problem you did it and they said we need to get to DuVal and I was just like I started to get irate so I called her a b**** probably like four times cuz she was so rude to me and there were customers all around everywhere and I felt so bad I felt lower than scum and it was because of them they need to be reprimanded and I believe they need to take some I have a service class of human etiquette common decency and they need to be docked pay for this because it's just wrong I can't do this and I'm sure they're going to do it again to anybody else who crossed in the wrong way so number one that's not good business now number to they have not given me any kind of conversation yet and I paid for a card it's been * days I could be missing out on very important phone calls that I very needed that phone card for that was the whole reason I needed to get so I would not let my time expired or run out on my phone now I'm screwed so I think that I should get some time free service and competition for my loss because I'm still sitting here you have my money and I have nothing so therefore that's not good business either and other than that I think that if this could have been handled the proper way and they would have done everything fine everything would have been okay right now but no since they've decided to take that route and be rude and condescending and belittling they need to be reprimanded and I need to be compensated and that is just how I feel and that's the way it should be thank you
