* out of the last * items I've ordered from walmart.com have either been lost or significantly delayed, sometimes requiring contacting vendors who respond slowly or who have horrible English communication skills. And worse, Walmart itself tries to avoid hearing complaints directly from customers. It is impossible to find an email or phone contact on any walmart help or customer service web page.**I am done with Walmart and am going back to Amazon Prime. Everything arrives within a two business day window and if not I sometimes get my money back while keeping the product. Good luck matching that Walmart.

How GetHuman-dgorjup fixed the problem
On the lost item I called the non-Walmart vendor and they reshipped the product. All of the delayed products eventually got to me. The problem of the delayed items cannot be fixed on an individual basis as it appears to be a systemic issue within the Walmart system. Vendors can post a shipping label with the shipper and claim the product is shipped when in reality it is only days later when the shipper receives the product. And in many cases the product appears to be actually shipped to a point in its travel only to appear to be reshipped at the origin days later. I can only conclude that Walmart and its vendors are playing games to make it appear that their shipping function is successful. I will have no further problems with Walmart as I will never shop online with them again. And, oh by the way, I will not visit their stores either.
