my phone service is with family mobile and I cannot make calls or receive calls: when I try to make a call message says "oh no, you are out of minutes": I have unlimited and acct paid thru ***** to *****: phone * is *** ***-****: cannot log on to web site and have called their cust serv * times to get this problem fixed, and still no service!!! I have had my service w*you for ** yrs and I am ready to switch and want to know if my payment from ***** to ***** can be refunded back to my card if I switch: the cust serv center is outsourced and I am sorry, I can't understand what they are saying: I just want want my service fixed as this is the only phone I have and I am retired & need my phone: I have done everything they said to do & even went to local Walmart where the tech there tried to get this fixed and he said they told him there are problems w*their service & will be fixed in * hr & that was * hrs ago: so, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
