Order ********-******, I am disabled. Before I hit submit on my complaint to the BB against Walmart.com I am trying this one last time. I placed this order in time with several left. U, Walmart confirmed my order and the charge was in pending. I get a voice message from someone * days later, not an American, I could not fully understand him, he said something about backorder, or cancel. I THEN CALLED Walmart.com, they tell me, the order will be shipped out this week end. THEN, ** mins later I get another voice mail from, yup, that same NON AMERICAN that I could not completely understand except for, backorder, cancel. AGAIN, I called Walmart.com,,,, DITTO,, getting shipped this week end. AGAIN this rude man calls once again ** min later. This time I called back. I apologized to him & everyone, listen for yourselves, that I can not fully understand them. I am ANGRY. I TOLD EVERYONE NOT TO CANCEL THIS ORDER. EVERONE. This rude man wanted to cancel the order because he says he had ** orders at once. TOUGH LUCK PAL! It will cost them*him more for the backorder. TOUGH LUCK PAL! Then he sends me an EMAIL that Walmart cancelled this order. U OR THEM HAD NO RIGHT TO DO THAT. I am a retired disabled REP for many employees. I know the game, U should have NEVER done this. I think this man lied because of the cost for ALL THOSE ** BACKORDERS and took it upon himself & your rep to ruin my sons Christmas and cancel this order. I am filing a complaint to the BB. I want a call from a Manager, LP rep, this could be fraud? ***-***-****. I have run out of patience! I WANT A CALL FROM SOMEONE I CAN UNDERSTAND. Sorry, but if one can not understand your reps, then do not tell me how much Walmart Cares other than these numbers: from ********** thru today ********** my wife & I have spent, I just closed quicken, a total of $**,***.**, and U people have the nerve to ruin my sons Christmas because in the end my order was cancelled because it was going to cost U more for sending me this backorder.
