I ordered computer equipment for my business. Order ********-*******According to Fed-Ex Ground records, Walmart.com(shipper) authorized a change of address for my delivery from my business to my home(billing address). This was done by Walmart without consulting with me.*Thurs. Nov. **, Fed-Ex Ground attempted a delivery outside our business hours* and driver reported address as "incorrect" inaccessable. I spoke with fed-ex Friday Nov. **, advising the address is correct and our business hours. They said it would be delivered next business day(Monday). Instead an attempt was made to deliver on Saturday AM, Dec. *.* again outside business hours. At that time Fed Ex contacted the "seller" to confirm the delivery address* and was given a new address to deliver to* which was the billing address. I only learned of this today upon finding out the computer equipment was delivered to my home* left on front porch un-supervised without my knowledge. I was notified that the items were delivered by email* with the correct address on the confirmation* but no notification that a change had been authorized to the delivery address. This is when I called Fed-Ex as I was notified of the delivery, but did not have it at the office address. Theft of deliveries is a major problem around the holidays, and I would not have authorized office equipment to be delivered to my home to be left unattended.
