I bought an iPhone * Plus on your site on June *, **** at a cost of $***.** plus tax, for a total of $***.**. This was presented as a "No Contract" phone in several places. Also on Straight Talk's site, they bill their service as "No contracts". Because their service does not fully meet my needs, I now wish to use this phone on another network, and Straight Talk refuses to unlock the phone until I have paid usage of ** months or more. This restriction is not on your site, and the only reference to it on their site is via a very small link on the bottom of a page, which points to a policy that I do not believe applies. I want either for them to unlock the phone or for my money to be refunded.
