My resolution to this issue is to get a full refund, as I did indicate in my previous note to you. I have ordered and now have an I Phone. Even setting up the I Phone was almost impossible as it takes forever to get emails. All the attempts to get the email with a number that was needed for the new I Phone didn't come and I was cut off for too many attempts...just one of many issues. Also there were many phone calls that never arrived. I also had to check voice mail daily and sure enough there were a lot of new calls I didn't even know I had. My issues go on and on. Family Mobile's help was temporary and then things started back up. They could not handle the warranty as I wanted a better phone than was offered by them so I purchased an unlocked phone from They said to call Samsung. Samsung said it was an international phone as it had * sim cards and I'd have to contact Walmart. I could no longer count on my Samsung phone for safety issues as it was so unreliable. I had planned on keeping that phone for a long time when I purchased it. My previous Samsung phones were never an issue and I didn't feel it was necessary to purchase the warranty coverage. However, I did purchase the Walmart warranty coverage for my new I Phone which I also purchased at I believe the Samsung phone I am referring to is a "LEMON." Texts were also not coming through at a time when I was getting physical therapy and they tried to reach me ... ending up in missed physical therapy. Thank you. ... Last October I ordered a Samsung Galaxy J* cell phone. I have Family Mobile and wanted a better phone than what was offered me in the store. In March of this year I started having missed phone calls and many more issues. Family Mobile temporarily helped and it all started again. Recently I purchased an I Phone from Walmart to replace my unreliable Samsung. I could write a book on all the issues I had. At this point I would like a refund of $***.** which the Samsung cost...order No. *******-******. I tried to check out the warranty and they said since I bought it on line and it had * sim cards that it was international and they could not help. I got nowhere. It wasn't even a year and money does not grow on trees.
They don't realize that I no longer felt that I could trust my phone for emergencies as well as all other issues.
I am requesting a refund for my purchase of $***.**.
The last * phones were Samsung. The first * were fine. I shop Walmart all the time and use their credit card as needed. I purchased my new I Phone with my Walmart credit card. I also purchased their * year warranty with my Walmart credit card.
I called Family Mobile tons of times. Sometimes they fixed the issue and other times the issues came back. They could not help with a replacement under the warranty as they said I bought it at They said I needed to talk to Samsung. Samsung said because it had * sim cards it was international and I needed to deal with This is where I am at.

Samsung Galaxy J* is the phone that I no longer felt safe using. Family Mobile was more than helpful trying to help me. I would imagine Family Mobile has a record of all my calls and issues. I also have my own list.
