Order * *******-*******Madden NFL ***Stephen Glasgow**I placed this order on May **,****. The order was for Madden NFL ** on the Xbox. When the reciept was emailed, it stated that it would Arrive by Fri, Aug **th. That is today, and the game is not here. The game released today, and was supposed to be delivered today. **I am very frustrated. Yesterday, The estimated delivery (as shown on walmart.com and in an email) said Friday August **th. Yesterday when I put in the tracking information into FEDEX, it said Monday. I held out hope, because you all said it would be delivered today. I even called FEDEX to verify the location because according to emails I have recieved from walmart (yesterday and today) it was supposed to be here today. The FEDEX representative told me that it was shipped out at *am yesterday (***) and doesn't appear to be overnight delivery. I was told that I could have the package held at the facility if it made it to Paducah tonight but arrived to late for delivery. I was going to do that, but the game isn't even in Paducah. It is *.* hours away in Nashville, TN. Why would it be in Nashville at *:**pm if it was intended to be in Paducah tonight? **This may seem like a trival issue, but I get this game every year on release day. I look forward to for months, and usually preorder it from Gamestop. My daughter and I play Madden together, and I have been telling her all week how we would play it tonight. Had I ordered it anywhere else, I would have been telling the truth. This year, I decided to use Walmart since you had a preorder special and ensured it would be here on release day. I have ordered online from Amazon and GameStop, and always recieve the game or console the day it releases in stores. I do not understand why all of your communications with me would say it would be here today,when it was obviously never meant to get here today. I feel like all the reciepts and emails I have gotten were just complete lies, and worst of all, my daughter thinks that I lied to her. **I am absolutely livid.
