I was trying to take the horn back to the store where I picked it up, and was told to go back online and start the return process and then once that was done, to take the item to a superstore as that store really couldn't help. ... I bought a Seachoice **V electric horn for my boat*(order ***********). After checking all my electrical connections, I found my old horn was working. I took the horn back to the store where I picked it up, and was told to go back online and start the return process and then once that was done, to take the item to a superstore as that store really couldn't help. I started the return process and could not print what was required. I tried to do the return process at my work where there is a printer and found the return was pending and I couldn't print what was required. Now I'm stuck and don't know what to do next. Can you help?
The return process where I was supposed to print a label or a copy of the receipt was not available. So now, I have nothing but the label on the box that has the order number, but that's not acceptable, I guess.
Letting me know what I need to do to resolve this issue.
I've ordered items from Walmart for over * years, and have the local store for items I can get without going online. Additionally, they are my primary pharmacy. So, I would expect a positive response.
Not sure what to do. I need a response from Walmart for directions to resolve this. THIS IS NOT FIXED!
